Michael: Okay, everybody. Settle down, please! First of all, good morning everyone and thank you for coming in at such short notice. As you may have heard, there is an important issue that we need to address today. And we don’t have a lot of time, so let’s get straight to the point. There is a new and important client on board for the Wilmington project. I’ve asked Danny Fisher, our head of sales, to join this meeting and give us the latest information. We don’t have a full presentation at this point, so please take your own notes. Over to you, Danny.
Danny: Thanks, Michael. Well, in a nutshell, I received a call from a large supplier in Japan yesterday and it seems that they are very interested in making a deal with us regarding the Wilmington account. There are no details as yet, but there will be more talks over the coming days. It was also suggested that we meet with their management team in Tokyo next week. In the interest of saving time I will now take your questions and try to answer them as quickly as possible. Any questions? Yes, Chris, go ahead.
Chris: Danny, you said they were interested in a deal. Does that mean they want to take over the project or just participate in it?
Danny: Thanks, Chris. Well, they haven’t really been very specific about the scale of their involvement, but it’s fair to assume that they are thinking about a... ...so we will just have to wait and see. Okay then, if there are no further questions, I will pass it back to Michael. Thank you!
Michael: Thank you, Danny! Looks like everyone is up to speed now and we can adjourn. Let’s get together again at 4pm on Wednesday for a brief update. Thanks everyone!
