Ed Victor is one of the world’s leading literary agents, representing a wide-range of fiction and non-fiction authors that includes Eric Clapton, Nigella Lawson, Alastair Campbell and Keith Richards. Born in America, and now dividing his time between New York and London, Victor’s career as a “super agent” spans over 35 years. He also runs the Ed Victor Speakers Bureau, represents the estates of a celebrity client roster that includes Iris Murdoch and Helmut Newton. Ed Victor is also a founding director of London’s Groucho Club.

René Redzepi is one of the most celebrated chefs in the world. In Copenhagen in 2004, at the tender of age 24, he opened what would become the most talked-about and awarded restaurant in the world. Noma and its Nordic experimental cuisine held the top spot for three years before falling to number two in 2013. As more chefs become celebrities and the competition to be the most innovative and groundbreaking intensifies, Redzepi continues to stand at the top of the food chain.

John Pawson is one of the world’s leading architects best known for his minimalist approach to all of his work. He was born in Halifax in 1949, and after working for the family textile business and as a teacher in Japan, he established his own architectural practice in 1981. Mr. Pawson has created homes, and stores, for Calvin Klein, Ian Schrager and the late novelist Bruce Chatwin, as well as for the monks of the Novy Dvur monastery in the Czech Republic. He's also designed yachts, door handles and tableware.
