Charlie Unwin: Performance Psychologist  

Charlie Unwin is a Performance Psychologist, working Olympic teams and athletes from 5 different sports, including Equestrian. Charlie helps us to understand the effects of the mind and teaches us to separate thoughts from feeling and doing. Dr David Ramey's Research: Forelimb Flexion Tests  

Dr David Ramey has generated a study on Forelimb Flexion tests and whether they are any use in the Vetting of a horse when you are considering a purchase. Nic Roldan: Sunset Polo  

Nic Roldan is an American polo player with an 8-goal handicap rating. Currently he is Captain of the American Polo Team and considered to be the leading American polo player. He is the youngest ever polo player to win the US Polo Open with the Escue Team at the age of 15 and he his holding his first Polo event in the UK on 20th June, The Inaugural Sunset Polo Party. Dr Sue Dyson, is a world-renowned expert in equine orthopaedics, with a particular interest in lameness and poor performance in sports horses. Sue's recent study proves that horses demonstrate pain through their facial expressions and it will help us to spot underlying pain and issues, she explains the study and her findings on the #HorseHour Podcast. Having trained horses and competed at Advanced level eventing and Grade A showjumping, Sue has a passionate interest in sports horses and an in-depth knowledge and understanding of performance problems in horses from all disciplines. She is highly skilled in the diagnosis of both subtle and complex lameness cases.
