Warren Moon joins the show and recaps the Seahawks season. Gee Scott and the Professor go Behind the Lines and discuss the recent comments Pete Carroll made on Brock and Salk.

D. Orlando Ledbetter (Falcons beat writer, Atlanta Journal Constitution) joins the show to talk Seahawks vs Falcons, including matchups to watch for and the Falcons mindset going into Saturday. John answers viewer questions. Dave Grosby comes on to discuss the Chargers relocation to Los Angeles. 

January 12, 2017 - Hour 1  

John's top five stories of the day include match ups to watch for on Saturday between the Seahawks and Falcons, the San Diego Chargers move to Los Angeles, head coach changes in Buffalo and Bob Newman's (VP at AEG) plan for Key Arena. Paul Richardson joins the show to discuss his performance vs the Lions, and what the Seahawks need to do to beat the Falcons.

Cliff Avril joins The Professor as he talks about the victory over the Lions, the defensive performance put on by the Seahawks and looking ahead in the playoffs. John takes text questions about the victory and looking ahead towards Atlanta, including how to disrupt the passing game of Atlanta and Devin Hester's potential role as a wide receiver for the Seahawks. The Groz joins the show and provides his thoughts on the playoff game.

John kicks things off with the "Top Five Stories of the Day" Russell Wilson says he doesn't really need the knee brace anymore, Cliff Avril says he'd choose Bobby Wagner as the defensive MVP of the league, Chris Petersen tells Brock and Salk he's proud of the season and ready to look ahead, Ian Rapoport says Kyle Shanahan will have a lot of options for head coaching opportunities this offseason, and Kevin Demoff talks about the future of the Rams after firing Jeff Fisher. The newest member of the Seahawks, kick returner Devin Hester joins the professor and talks about his NFL journey this year as his career begins to wind down. He talks about how he was able to get so good at his role. Plus, we go "Behind the Lines" with Gee Scott.

It's Wednesday, so John is joined by Dave Wyman to start off the second hour of the show. The guys look at what's in store for the Seahawks on Saturday going up against the Lions. Later, the Professor answers your texts and tweets and then the hour closes out with a visit from the one and only Groz.

The Seahawks sign the greatest returner ever for their playoff run, they also make a switch at long snapper, and Seattle will also welcome back an old fan favorite against the Lions in the Wild Card round. John discuss all of that and more in Wednesday's top five stories. Later in the hour, ESPN NFL analyst and former All-Pro guard Damien Woody stops by to discuss the NFL Wild Card round with John. Gee Scott joins John as they go Behind the Lines and discuss the signing of Devin Hester.
