RD 066 - On The Clock And On The...  

Adam and Mark open this week's episode of Reasonable Doubt talking about the conclusion of the Derek Rose rape allegation case. This leads to a discussion on the nature of men, specifically in relation to prostitution. Then Adam asks Mark about dirty cops after Mark tells him about a specific case he worked on. After that, Adam and Mark talk about new allegations that the Democratic National Committee were given debate questions ahead of time to give to Hillary. Before they wrap, Adam talks about an experience he had with Donald Trump.

RD 065 - Can You Imagine If They Ever Mic'd Us Up  

Adam and Mark open this week's episode of Reasonable Doubt talking about the women accusing Bill Clinton of sexual assault that Donald Trump brought in to the second debate. Then they talk Billy Bush getting canned from NBC for being part of the leaked audio tape between him and Donald Trump. This leads to a discussion on the possibility of an Orwellian future in which everything we say is always being recorded and can be used against you whenever needed. Before they wrap, Adam and Mark talk about the possibility of future recordings of Trump being released and the legal action he able be able to pursue as a result.

RD 064 - Steve Cron  

Adam and Mark welcome LA based lawyer Steve Cron to continue their discussion about Paula Poundstone from a recent episode. Steve and the guys dive straight into the details of the case with Steve clearing up some of the details that Adam and Mark may have gotten incorrect when they spoke about it previously. After clearing up the details of Paula's case Adam and Steve reminisce about their mutual experiences at North Hollywood High before diving into the not so celebrity laden aspects of Steve's legal career.

RD 063 - Brangelina  

Mark and Adam open today's show dicussing the hugely successful premiere of Mark's new show on ABC 'Notorious'. After disucssing the similarities between the fictional show and the reality of Mark's life they turn to discussing the recent breakdown of the marriage of Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie. After taking a call thanks to our friends over at Legal Zoom the guys move on to clearing up a misunderstanding about the deaths of Princess Diana and Grace Kelly.

RD 062 - I May Have Blown Something  

Adam and Mark open this week's episode of Reasonable Doubt laughing at Adam's dog Phil E. Cheesesteak as we wanders around the studio while they begin recording. Then they continue to explore the case of Paula Poundstone that they started in on at the end of last week's episode. Later, Adam talks about the case of Tyler Clementi who committed suicide after his college roommate used a webcam to film him kissing another man. Before they wrap, Adam talks about his disdain for the SAG/AFTRA union, and why he chose not to be a part of it.

RD 061 - Tiburon, Without A Kayak  

Adam and Mark open this week's episode of Reasonable Doubt talking about the Los Angeles Rams' abysmal season opener. Then the two dive into the availability, legality, and ethics of stem cell treatments for those who need them. After that, Adam talks about his hatred for blowhard hypocrisy. Before they wrap, Adam and Mark talk about the case of Paula Poundstone, who was charged with lewd acts upon a child younger than 14, child endangerment, and what a lewd act technically is in the court's eyes.

Adam and Mark open this week's episode of Reasonable Doubt discussing the Chris Brown news breaking just as they were recording last week. Adam and Mark continue to talk in length about the ins and outs of Chris Brown's case, with an emphasis on the woman claiming to have been assaulted. Before they Wrap, Adam and Mark talk about the Menendez Brothers who were convicted in 1994 for the shotgun murders of their wealthy parents.

RD 059 - Life Imitating Art  

This week Adam and Mark get together for an unusual podcast that happens to be going on while a very well publicized stand off between Mark's client singer Chris Brown and the Los Angeles Police Department. After touching on what we knew at the time Mark also shares that his upcoming TV show Notorious on ABC bears a striking resemblance to what's unfolding right now in the real world. They also touch on Mark's other cases, the DNC email leaks and much more.

RD 058 - The Night Before The Night Of  

Mark opens the show filling Adam in on the new HBO show "The Night Of", and Adam compares the case to cars. Then Mark delves into his ongoing class action lawsuit with fashion retailer Zara and their questionable pricing practices, and how the majority of the populous isn't able to easily convert euros to dollars. All this fashion retailer talk leads Adam and Mark to reminisce about Zachary All and their fantastic late 70's commercials. They transition to the cancellation of Dr. Drew's HLN talk show, and surmise whether or not his comments on Hillary Clinton had anything to do with it. This leads to them closing the show discussing the DNC email dump.

RD 057 - John Ziegler  

Adam and Mark and open the show with John Ziegler in studio. They open the show talking about how their perceived political affiliations may have possibly hurt them in their professional circles. This leads to a discussion how media narrative can shape the public's perception of a story, and how this pertains to the Sandusky case. Next John informs Adam and Mark about some of the odd circumstances surrounding the Sandusky case, and expresses his belief in the innocence of both Jerry Sandusky and Joe Paterno. He explains how he believes Matt Sandusky is the biggest bad actor involved in the case.

RD 056 - Am I Not Speaking English?  

The guys open the show discussing the circumstances of Dinesh D'Souza's campaign money laundering conviction. Then Mark talks about a double murder case he was involved in as well as the current status of the Chandra Levy case. Mark then talks about prosecutorial discretion and how it applies to Hillary Clinton's email troubles, which leads to a discussion of some biases in the media.

RD 055 - Forgot About Dre  

Adam and Mark open this week's episode of Reasonable Doubt talking about Dr Dre's citizens arrest which prompts the question, what exactly is a citizens arrest? Then the guys take some listener phone calls. The first call they take is from a California tax attorney who looks to expand on one of Adams previous points about the IRS. Adam and Mark open this week's episode of Reasonable Doubt talking about The Clinton Foundation, and its lack of presence throughout the Democratic National Convention. Then the guys talk about the legality of Trump calling on Russia to hack Hilary Clintons emails. After that, Adam asks Mark about the recent developments of officers being acquitted in the death of Freddie Gray. Mark opens this episode of Reasonable Doubt talking about his recent tour of Adams automotive warehouse. After some talk of the Newman Documentary, Adam and Mark talk about the importance of not externalizing when trying to accomplish something. Adam talks about how young adults today simply wont have the same kind of luxury life their parents did with the same amount of income. Then they talk about Cecil the Lion's killer, what his punishment should be, and better uses of the FBI's time.

RD 050 - And That's All It Was  

Adam and Mark are back at it again this week as they open the show discussing America's legal system, and which other systems around the world might work better. Adam rants about the uselessness and extortionist mentality of the SAG-AFTRA guild before he talks with Mark about the recently released 30 for 30 about OJ Simpson. Then Adam asks Mark about the recent developments in the re-trial of the Serial podcast season 1 subject Adnan Syed. Before they wrap, Adam and Mark talk about producer Joe Halderman who pleaded guilty to blackmailing David Lettermen with a screenplay about Letterman's sexual affairs with his interns.

RD 049 - Jaywalkers  

Adam and Mark are back together and they open this week's show talking about their mutual friend Vinnie Tortorich and how Adam came to follow some of his exceptionally basic nutritional advice to great success. Adam then brings Mark up to speed on his newly found theory about the middle class and how the people in his universe don't seem to strive for those goals. The guys then get into a story out of Oklahoma wherein local law enforcement agencies have enacted a new technology to make civil forfeitures more expedient while also more controversial.
