Adam and Mark open this week's episode of Reasonable Doubt reviewing a newly released cell phone video of an off duty LAPD officer tussling with a young boy and eventually firing his gun into the ground. This leads Mark to talk about other cases that circle around who is at fault when major fights break out. Then the guys discuss appropriate punishment for a variety of different crimes. Before they wrap, Adam and Mark return to talking about the off duty LAPD officer firing his gun during a scuffle.

Then the guys talk about the newly decriminalization of street vendors allowing them to operate legally in Los Angeles. After that, Adam asks Mark about Donald Trump's travel ban. Then the guys discuss a recent case of another police shooting of a mentally ill man in Fontana, CA. After that, Adam tells a story of an old business partner that murdered one of his other business partners before getting in his car and killing himself. RD 075 - I Do, Mark!  

Adam and Mark Geragos open the show discussing their impending Christmas plans and the encouraging nature of what the end of the year festivities represent in a more global sense. They also speak about a few stories in the news this week including the investigation of the judge in the Brock Turner case and a strange story out of Arizona involving a midget. Mark then updates Adam on some of the cases he is currently working on which leads to a conversation about the absurdity of legal disclaimers. Before the show wraps they welcome in a fan and charity auction winner to talk about the recent event at Mark's restaurant 10e.

Adam opens this weeks episode of Reasonable Doubt waiting for Mark as he welcomes in-studio guest and notable attorney Alex Spiro. Adam first talks to Alex about some of his notable clients including Dinesh D'Souza and Aaron Hernandez, as well as working at his law firm Brafman & Associates. Then Mark walks in after coming straight to the studio from LAX and begins talking to Alex about his representation of Booby Shmurda, a New York based rapper found guilty of conspiracy to commit murder. After that, Alex has to run to catch a flight so Adam and Mark talk about sanctuary cities and traffic tickets. Before they wrap, Adam continues to talk about one of the worst days of his life as he got his friends motorcycle towed.

Adam and Mark open this week's episode of Reasonable Doubt questioning media commentators sticking to talking points vs giving their true and honest opinions. Then Adam brings up the question of why leaf blowers aren't regulated the same way as other gas emission tools. Before they wrap, Adam talks about how his 10 year old daughter Natalia has proclaimed she will be working as an attorney for Mark in the future.

RD 072 - They Should Be Watched, But...  

Adam opens this weeks episode of Reasonable Doubt questioning the reason behind seat belts not being required on all school buses. Then the guys talk about a new measure in LA looking legalize street vending. Then the guys bring in their guest David Bienenstock, head of content at High Times, to talk about his book How to Smoke Pot (Properly) as well as the recent legalization of marijuana for recreational use in California.

RD 071 - Stop, Stop, I'm A Judge  

Adam and Mark open this week's episode of Reasonable Doubt taking a phone call about whether or not the caller should respond to his previous employers threatening subpoena. Then Adam talks about an LAPD officer who recently went undercover at an anti-Trump protest and had both his handcuffs and gun stolen from him as he got beat up. After that, Mark takes another phone call about his opinion on the constitutionality of the death penalty.

RD 070 - Thou Doth Protest Too Much  

Adam and Mark open this week's episode of Reasonable Doubt talking about the passing of proposition 64 in California which legalized recreational use of marijuana for adults. Then the guys take a phone call from a young lawyer in need of some advice from Mark on the best way to build his career. After that they continue to take more phone calls on when its acceptable to use self defense in a protest, as well as figuring out how to get money after winning a judgement in small claims court. Before they wrap, Adam and Mark take one last call on a guy wanting to know how to find a good father's rights attorney.
