Dr. Drew brings the medicine while Adam's comedy and rants are the spoonful of sugar to make it go down.


Best Of, #584: Cody Sings The Hits  

Adam and Drew open the show discussing a recent experience that Adam had during a night out at a steakhouse with friends and how the idea of 'wanting' played into that experience. They also discuss TV shows that are good right now and compare what they are watching respectively which leads to a conversation about online bullying. Later they take a call from a disabled fan named Cody and a new game is born.

Best Of, #447: Judd Apatow  

Adam laments to Dr. Drew about a messy situation regarding his dog. Also, Judd Apatow surprises the guys with a call and talks about his Twitter addiction. After the break, Adam and Drew answer a couple more listener calls.

#647: Goes Into The Book As A Tie  

Adam opens the show by telling Dr. Drew about an experience he recently had speaking with various members of his staff about a screwup involving his shift pattern stickers that he uses in his race cars. Adam explains to Drew the change in people's feelings over the years in terms of their response to a request from a person in a position of power as opposed to from a peer. They also speak to a few callers as the show wraps up.

#646: That's Why I Have A Microphone  

Adam and Drew open the show discussing how journalists are somewhat shirking their responsibilities when it comes to a fair and balanced reporting of the news given the vast broadcasting power they have been given. For instance, how much time was given to the news last week that Lena Dunham overheard some airline employees talking about transgender people, as opposed to the limited amount of coverage given to the revelation that North Korea has miniaturized their nuclear weapons into a form that fits onto an ICBM. They also discuss the 'best diet article Drew has ever read' and take some listener phone calls.

Adam and Drew open the show discussing Adam's current build to make his daughter a new custom bed, as well as the shocking revelation he saw in one of Natalia's super responsible friends earlier in the day. The guys then turn to the phones and speak to a variety of callers including one with a question about type 1 diabetes, another with a question about virtual therapy and more.

Adam and Drew open the show discussing some of the recent tweets from President Trump suggesting that he would place a wholesale ban on transgendered people serving in the military in any capacity and furthermore explore how the terms surrounding those communities have changed over the years. Adam then turns to the phones and speaks with a caller who is dealing with her husband being a hoarder as well as another who is a med school student looking for some relationship advice.

Adam and Dr. Drew open the show discussing people who spend a good amount of time and energy fighting against problems that don't really exist as problems. They also end up exploring some of Elvis' music before turning to the phones and speaking to a variety of callers including one who is concerned that his ex-girlfriend is being destructive to others and another who has a sibling going through some gender fluidity who is wondering if the family's history with mental illness is playing a role.

Adam and Dr. Drew open the show discussing the changes that have happened in today's youth vs. the era that they grew up in, especially as it relates to the relationship between employees and their bosses. Adam also invokes his friend Bruce Canepa as an example of a very successful businessman who does not tolerate sloppy or lazy work. They then turn to the phones and speak to a caller who is wondering if he's in a position to ask for a raise.

#641: An Inconvenient Pod  

Adam opens the show by talking about some of his frustration with his iPhone and it's inability to pair with his car before moving on to discussing the new film that is a followup to 'An Inconvenient Truth'. Later, the guys discuss some of his experiences during his time last week testifying before congress specifically when it came to a few specific delegates and Drew takes a position that Adam is not wild about, leading to a spirited debate.

#640: Presidential Buckslip  

Adam and Drew open the show with Drew inquiring about a strange buckslip that he discovered in the studio. Adam then tells Drew about his time last week traveling to Monterey to do some shooting with Jay Leno for his car show. Adam then brings his son Sonny into the studio to ask him a question about whom he would like to have over to a hypothetical dinner at his house. They also discuss a recent appearance by David Alan Grier on Jimmy Kimmel Live.

#639: Lack Of Diversity  

Adam and Dr. Drew open the show talking about the movie currently in theaters 'Dunkirk' with Adam, having seen the movie, giving Drew his thoughts on the film as a whole. The guys then turn to the phones and speak to a variety of callers including one who is trying to figure out a way to ask her husband for more attention without it turning into a fight, another who is worried about getting his blood pressure under control and more.

#638: Magnetic Gift  

Adam opens the show discussing his magnetism though not necessarily in the vein that one may expect. After extensive investigation by Drew the guys move on and take a couple of phone calls including a few from various callers who have called before and are offering updates on their stories.

Adam and Drew go straight to the phones and speak to a caller who was hoping to thank them for the role that they played in helping him to lose some of the weight that he was trying to shed. They then go to a caller with a question about Dr. Drew's narcissism test and his very low score. Adam then explains the emergence of the 21st Century Liar.

Adam and Drew open the show discussing the race crash that they were speaking about in yesterday's show. After Drew's horror at the dangers involved in Adam's chosen hobby the guys move on to the sad story of Chester Bennington and the circumstances surrounding his untimely death. They also speak to a few callers including one wondering about the guy's thoughts on a single payer healthcare system.

#635: I Want It To Never Come Up Again  

Adam and Drew open the show discussing Adam's now past congressional testimony. Adam then transitions into an exceptionally frustrating story about some of the construction currently going on at his home. They also take a few calls including one who is concerned that she may get brain cancer as a result of one of her family members having been diagnosed.

Adam and Drew open the show with Drew talking about the new Netflix show 'Friends From College'. The conversation then turns to a conversation about impulse control referencing some of Adam's recent experiences in Las Vegas. They then turn to the phones and speak to a caller who has a bit of a bone to pick with Adam.

Adam and Drew open the show discussing Dr. Drew's online narcissism test that they take live on air and discuss the nature of the questions as well as the results. Adam also discusses his recently completed new closet in his home with low power LED lighting that necessitated various electrical outlets around his home.

Adam and Drew open the show with Drew observing that Adam is seemingly in a good mood as Adam explains that he is finishing up his home remodel today. They then move into a discussion about Drew's affect and how it has changed over the years. They then start to discuss an article from HuffPo about a new restaurant that is opening in the midwest that has garnered some controversy.
