In each episode Adam and Drew take uncensored, nothing-off-limits, calls about sex, drug, medical and relationship issues. Dr. Drew brings the medicine while Adam's comedy and rants are the spoonful of sugar to make it go down.

Adam and Drew open the show discussing some of the traffic woes that impact the city of Los Angeles especially when it comes to the area in and around Los Angeles International Airport. They then go on to speak about Jim Jefferies and his recent appearance on Bill Maher's TV show opposite Piers Morgan. They then turn to the phones and speak to a caller looking for advice after his long term girlfriend broke up with him for refusing to get married.

#522: It Doesn't Matter Anymore  

Adam and Drew open the show discussing the recent telecast of The Grammy awards and the things they enjoyed and were confused about including Drew's confusion as to why this particular art form is using so many aspects of entertainment beyond music. Adam also tells Drew a confusing story about an observation he made regarding his dog poop situation about how it led him down a confusing road in his mind. As the show winds downthey speak to a caller who lost her husband and is at odds with his remaining family members in terms of his burial/cremation plan.

Adam and Drew open the show by going straight to the phones talking to a caller who was recently diagnosed with a disease but is being told he can't get treatment for several months as well as another who is recently out of the military and having trouble getting covered for the procedure his doctors are telling him he needs. They also speak to a caller worried about his drinking as well as a caller who lost one of his children at a very young age and isn't finding success in therapy.

#520: Your Technique For Life Gets Passed Over  

Adam opens the show discussing his glasses with Dr. Drew and letting it bleed into a wider examination of the difference Adam has identified between himself and those who surround him. They then turn to the phones and follow up with a caller whose girlfriend experienced a cardiac event before moving on to another caller who is interested in taking Adam's advice and trying to 'rewire' himself.

#519: Not With The Booze, With The News  

Adam and Dr. Drew open the show discussing car accidents and how different people react differently to those kinds of situations. They also walk down memory lane and explore some music that Adam recently heard and got frustrated by before they turn to the phones and speak to a caller who is worried about how often she is having nightmares and another who is worried about her father who has been a longtime drug addict.

Adam and Dr. Drew open the show discussing the Oscar darling 'La La Land' that is up for numerous awards this year. They also discuss 'Hell or High Water' and some of the other films up for awards before they turn to the phones and speak to a variety of callers. Before starting off with a caller who is worried about his obese mother in law they move on to another caller who has adopted several disabled children looking for help on how to have a normal marriage.

Adam and Dr. Drew open the show discussing the recent women's march and the now planned 'women's strike' wherein every woman in the country is going to call in sick from work to send a message. This leads into an overall conversation about narcissism and how although when negativity is brought into things people don't realize how narcissistic they are being. They then turn to the phones are speak to a caller who is currently driving a truck but considering a career change.

Adam and Drew open the show discussing Adam's kids recent school trip to Valley Forge and how it led to the discovery that kids simply will not respond if you try to interrupt their sleep in the middle of the night. They then turn to the phones and speak to a caller with a suggestion for Adam to end an annoying automotive phenomenon and another who is wondering how to help out a friend whose life is seemingly falling apart. As the show winds down the guys take a very serious call from a former child abuse survivor who is looking to keep his abuser in jail for his full sentence and have his parole denied.

#515: No Lube, He Says  

Adam and Dr. Drew open the show discussing the Super Bowl as well as the insane drive that lives inside champions like Tom Brady and how that relates into other areas besides sports. This leads into a larger conversation about how although people with that drive can likely see it in one another, often outsiders may not be able to see such drive and realize what they have in front of them. As the show wraps up the guys go to the phones and Adam tells Drew about a recent story he was told by Mike August regarding an upcoming medical procedure.

#514: Three Categories of Chew Toys  

Adam and Dr. Drew open the show addressing the elephant in the room, Adam's dog Phil who may or may not have been forgotten in the car. They then turn to the phones and speak to a variety of callers including one who has had a troubling turn in his sex life as a result of a spinal injury, another who is wondering if he's treating his disabled son properly and finally someone looking for advice on shutting up coupled up friends.

Adam and Drew open the show by going straight to the phones and talking to a caller who is concerned that his platelet donations from his younger years may catch up to him later, another who is worried about the amount of blood in his stool and a fan with some colonoscopy prep advice for Dr. Drew amongst others. They then welcome friend of the show Emily Morse for a conversation on cryotherapy, Gavin Newsom and much more.

#512: End Tables & Cheese Platters  

Adam and Drew open the show discussing Adam's frustration with having to deal with menial tasks when he would much rather be able to trust others to do those tasks while he can work and make significant. The guys then take fan phone calls about Trump's narcissism, depression impacting the intimacy in a relationship and another trying to find the balance between a dream job and proper compensation.

#511: Euthanasia  

Adam and Dr. Drew open the show discussing Drew's recent struggle with the timing on when to say goodbye to his family's beloved pet. This leads to a larger conversation about feelings and how more and more in today's society it's becoming impossible to deny anyone's thinking when things are framed around feelings. They also speak to a few callers to round out the show.

#510: I Wish There Would Be More Suicides  

Adam and Drew open the show discussing Drew's conversion to the cold shower method that Adam has recently been advocating before transitioning into a story about some recent time Drew and Adam spent together having dinner and socializing in Pasadena. They then turn to the phones and speak to a caller who is wondering how the so-called 'snowflake' culture has been shaping people today. The guys also discuss last week's protests at UC Berkley.

Adam and Dr. Drew open the show today discussing Drew's recent night of blissfully peaceful sleep before Adam tells him of a recent interaction he had with his nanny Olga. This leads into a conversation about Adam's memory of The Brady Bunch and why the episodes with 'Brady Family Meetings' always made him severely depressed. They then turn to the phones and speak to a few callers including one who is worried about the corruption that is permeating out society and another who is looking for Drew's thoughts on the connection between addiction and chronic pain.

Adam and Drew open the show discussing the recent disturbing story of two famous musicians being struck by a commuter train while walking across the tracks. They then turn to the phones and speak to a caller whose mother was recently murdered and is looking for advice on how to cope. They also speak to a caller whose wife just had a baby and is refusing to work despite the family's dire financial situation.

Adam and Dr. Drew open the show discussing the parity between the two major parties and specifically point out the idea of sanctuary cities and how Donald Trump has been trying to make a change to those policies. This leads to a deeper conversation on respect and pride and how it is shaping the newer generations in our culture. They also discuss the nation wide women's march from the day after the election and give their take on the protests and what may eventually be achieved. They also examine a recent appearance that new Congressmen Dwight Evans made on Tucker Carlson's TV show.

Adam and Dr. Drew open the show discussing a little known song that Adam insists Drew will know when he hears it, which Drew eventually does realize he knows. The conversation then turns to some of the similarities that are emerging today with some of the social aspects of the 1980s. They also explore Adam's recent guest on The Adam Carolla Show, Leah Remini, and discuss their own personal experiences with Scientology. The guys then turn to the phones and speak to a variety of callers including one going through a difficult divorce.

#504: Mr. Vaginismus  

Adam and Dr. Drew head straight to the phones this episode and speak to a variety of callers including one who has a question about getting his girlfriend to be more giving in the oral department as they're having trouble with intercourse. They also speak to a gentlemen who is wondering about the effects of marijuana smoke on young children. They also speak to an alcoholic who is trying to figure out the way to get treatment given her work and family situation and a caller with questions about seizures in young people.
