In each episode Adam and Drew take uncensored, nothing-off-limits, calls about sex, drug, medical and relationship issues. Dr. Drew brings the medicine while Adam's comedy and rants are the spoonful of sugar to make it go down.

Adam and Drew open the show speaking to a few callers including one who wants to know if Lynette & the kids will continue to be involved in the Live Spike show. The guys then welcome in host of 'The Art of Charm' and 'The Forbes List' and former Adam Carolla Show guest Jordan Harbinger. The guys talk about Jordan's newest Podcast One show 'The Forbes List' which he hosts as he uses an audio format to highlight the lists that Forbes in famous for in print.

#542: Got Over It  

Adam and Dr. Drew go right to the callers and speak to a fan who is having trouble determining how to discipline his young child before speaking to a newly enrolled military member who is looking for ways to eliminate belly fat before he goes into boot camp. They also speak with a caller who went through a divorce and had his wife move his children away from him into a different state.

#541: Good Cop Bad Cop  

Adam & Dr. Drew head straight to the phones in today's show and open with a very interesting caller who has a child who recently told him that they were transgendered. The guys also discuss a recent epidemic Adam has been observing that has been driving him nuts in that people are refusing to listen.

Adam and Dr. Drew open the show discussing the recent premiere of 'Adam Carolla And Friends Build Stuff Live' on Spike and how some of the things Adam was expecting did and did not come to pass. They then take a trip down memory lane talking a bit about Adam's first TV show ever before going to the phones and getting a surprise relationship call from a former Adam & Dr. Drew Show in studio guest.

#539: We Should All Go To Calabasas and Smoke In The Park  

Adam and Drew open the show discussing the recent tragic passing of George Michael and Drew gives his opinions on how it is being spun by the media. They then discuss a radio show era interview and confrontation Adam once had with the Mayor of Calabasas. Then they turn to the phones and speak to a caller with a question about genital warts as well as a follow up about the potential boxing match between Conor McGregor & Floyd Mayweather. As the show wraps up they speak to a caller who is wondering about people who focus a lot more on talking than doing.

Adam and Dr. Drew open the show going to calls and helping a caller who is interested in possibly DNA testing her father who was adopted hoping to learn more about her ancestry.

#537: I'm Officially Interested  

Adam and Drew open the show discussing an update on Adam's relationship with his father and how that's making Adam feel before his dog Phil momentarily interrupts the show. Adam also takes Drew down a bit of memory lane discussing both his childhood home before bringing it back to the more current topic of Jimmy's recent Oscar hosting gig. They then turn to the phones and talk to a caller dealing with opiate addiction.

#536: Oh We Tailgate  

Adam and Drew open the show discussing food and Adam's frustrations as he gears of for his new show (catch it tonight at 10p on Spike) before reminiscing about their time on the road doing a college tours. They then turn to the phones and speak to a variety of callers, including one with a question about hernias and another about the father twins looking for advice.

Adam and Drew open the show discussing tomorrow's impending premiere of Adam's Spike show 'Adam Carolla and Friends Build Stuff Live' and how Dr. Drew's home may eventually play into the show. They then turn to the phones and speak to a variety of callers including one who is interested in stem cell treatments for stoke victims, another with questions about how alcoholism is dealt with in the workplace and more.

#534: The Beauty of My Dad  

Adam opens the show telling Drew about a phone call he had with his father just moments before the show started and tells Drew about the contents of the call, including wether or not The Oscars came up. They then turn to the phones and speak to a few callers including one caller who credit's Adam & Drew for his making a positive and important life decision as well as a caller wondering how to deal with a loud and annoying neighbor.

#533: Kellyanne's Feet  

Adam & Dr. Drew open the show discussing last week's controversy over a photo that circulated of Kellyanne Conway with her feet up on a couch in the Oval Office. Adam also touches on the fact that several articles came out in the aftermath of The Oscars calling Jimmy's Lion King skit racially insensitive. They then turn to the phones and speak to a variety of callers including one interested in exposing his elderly grandparents to MCT Oils and Kombucha, another who wants Adam's take on non-traditional sports for young people and more.

Adam and Dr. Drew open the show discussing the topic of listening and how it is a massive problem that permeates nearly all aspects of life. Adam specifically cites a story about an interaction he had last week regarding the dates of his upcoming TV show to highlight the problem. This leads into Adam telling Drew the story of his car key fiasco the night of The Oscars with some never before heard details. Before the show wraps up, Adam and Drew turn to the phones and speak to a caller who is looking for advice on how to start getting off his opiates.

#531: REM Behavioral Disorder  

Adam and Drew open the show harkening back to yesterday's topic of habits, and the idea that many, if not most people are not trying to overcome obstacles which is a detriment to their productivity. They then turn to the phones and speak to a caller who recently went through stage 4 kidney failure and is looking for advice on how to balance his medical wellbeing with his career as well as others including a caller with a sleep disorder looking for advice.

#530: Assess Who You Are  

Adam and Dr. Drew open the show discussing some recent frustrations Adam has been having with his good friend Ray over his involvement in Adam's impending Spike TV show. This leads into a wider conversation as to how people who are severely tuned out are seemingly incapable of pulling away from their bad habits. As the show winds down they turn to the phones and the conversation on habits continues to evolve.

Adam and Drew open the show discussing what's going on in Drew's world which leads into a conversation about Drew's children and how they're all in a strange portion of their lives where they're trying to figure out what's next for them. They also discuss the journey of a friend of their's who is a now working in ER medicine, but when he met Drew & Adam he was a comedy writer. Later they turn to the phones and speak to a caller wondering about the guy's advice to a caller from last week and another who is being asked to fire people at his office and needs advice.

#527: From Scary to Fun  

Adam and Drew open the show discussing the fact that Drew recently sang the national anthem at the Los Angeles Kings game. They then turn to the phones and take several calls including a mom who is wondering when to tell her now adults kids to move out of the family home and another who is trying to find a reasonable way to get his girlfriend to become more active and possibly accompany her to the gym in order to keep her healthy.

Adam and Drew open the show discussing the recent controversy surrounding Milo Yiannopoulos and his comments that led to such attention before examining what the wider reality of his personality represents. Adam and Drew then take a walk down memory lane and Adam explains to Drew what the term 'brewing' from his childhood meant and the specific rifling of one of his childhood friends.

Adam and Drew open the show discussing the famed Loveline call screener 'Tara, Don't Call Me Tara Goddamnit' and how her crappy attitude was something of a harbinger of things to come in the attitudes of young people. They then turn to the phones and speak to a variety of callers including one with frustrating sexual side effects from his medication and another who is on a medication that his doctors advised him not to drink on who is looking to see how much latitude he has there.
