In each episode Adam and Drew take uncensored, nothing-off-limits, calls about sex, drug, medical and relationship issues. Dr. Drew brings the medicine while Adam's comedy and rants are the spoonful of sugar to make it go down.

#470: Kanye  

Adam and Drew open the show talking about Kanye West's psychiatric meltdown that occurred early last week. Then the guys take a call from a guy concerned about his lungs after smoking weed consistently for 30 years. After that Adam and Drew take some calls on: Dating again after sexual abuse, uncontrollable people coming over for the holidays, a brother wanting to tackle his little sister's drinking problem, and another caller's sister who just got out of rehab.

#469: Getting Off Xanax  

Adam and Drew open the show praising yesterdays guest, John C. McGinley. Then the guys take a few calls about: drug addiction, allergies, sex addiction, and getting off of Xanax.

#468: John C. McGinley and Alec Baldwin  

Actor John C McGinley joins Adam and Drew for todays episode of The Adam and Drew Show to talk about acting and his new IFC show Stan Against Evil. They are then greeted by a surprise call from Alec Baldwin. Afterwards, John shares some stories about Paul Newman and gives a little more insight on his history in acting.

#467: Oh, Well That Sounds Reasonable  

Adam opens the show discussing Susan Pinsky's recent wining of a convertible BMW and Drew & Adam's thoughts on convertibles in general. Adam then goes into telling Drew about the recent medical issues that his dog Phil E. Cheesesteak has been having as a result of eating some foreign objects that he shouldn't have. The guys then turn to the phones and speak to a caller who has been diagnosed with hashimoto's disease and another who feels that his medication is making him numb to his emotions.

#466: The Same Funicular  

Adam and Drew open the show with Drew inadvertently reminding Adam to make fun of him for something that happened at a recent charity even co-sponsored by Adam. Adam and Drew then start reminiscing about some of the characters from early in Adam's childhood and how they shaped Adam's experiences. They then turn to the phones and speak to a caller about the different ways that different people react to adversity and another who is worried about premature ejaculation and how to prevent it.

#465: Below Deck  

Adam and Drew open the show discussing a recent appearance that Drew's wife Susan made on the Bravo TV show 'Below Deck'. This leads into a larger conversation about psychics and how they tend to operate based on likelihoods. As the show moves on the guys turn to the phones and speak to a few different callers including one with PTSD, another who has a girlfriend in the process of transitioning and a hypothetical question about what movie characters would fare better in a fight.

#464: Motel Hell-o  

Adam and Drew open the show discussing documentaries and how quickly they can become exceptionally expensive for a variety of reasons. Before they get into phone calls Adam tells Drew about one of his favorite HBO shows that is no longer on the air but speaks to a topic Drew brought up. They then turn to the phones and speak to one caller who is facing six months of bedrest and terrified of the idea as well as another who is trying to figure out if he wants to move in with his long term girlfriend whom he believes is ready to move in with him.

#463: Flo, Was Her Name  

Adam opens the show discussing similarities between his wife and a cartoon he remembers from his past. Then Ace shares a video with Drew of his recent experience at the Goodwood Hill Climb before turning to the phones and speaking to callers. They talk to one caller who recently had open heart surgery and is worried about the treatment he received as well as another who is worried there may be some monkey business going on between his wife and some laborers she implored him to hire.

#462: Hyper Vigilance  

Adam and Drew open the show by going straight to the phones and speaking to a variety of callers including one about the hyper vigilance disorder that he shares with Adam as well as another who has a very confusing question about an interaction he had involving a homophobic slur.

#461: Theo Von Returns  

Adam and Dr. Drew open the show welcoming back the very funny Theo Von to the program. Adam then launches into a story about his father and how although Jim wants to spend time with Adam, their history has Adam reluctant to engage in such an encounter. The trio then turn to the phones and speak to a few callers including one who is wondering for how long one can take a normal dose of NyQuill before becoming concerned with dependance and another who is wondering about the long term effects of cracking your back and neck on a regular basis.

#460: Medical History  

Adam and Drew open the show discussing some of Adam's observations about his mother's disposition and a recent bet he made with his buddy Ray Oldhafer on that topic. They then turn to the phones and speak to a variety of callers including one who is a physician having trouble with getting her patients to be forthright about their medical histories and another who is struggling with depression in his early twenties and can't figure out why.

#459: That's A Conversation  

Adam and Drew open the show discussing the recent aftermath of the election and how people are being over dramatic especially when it comes to talking to their children. This leads to a conversation about Aaron Sorkin's public letter to his daughter and the guys thoughts on his tone and curious use of a very specific adjective. The guys then turn to the phones and talk to a variety of callers including one asking about kratom and another with a question about interpersonal neural biology.

#458: George Perez  

Adam opens up the show telling Drew about a recent interaction he had with his producing partner over what footage to use in an upcoming project. They then turn to the phones and speak to a variety of callers including one with a question about his new doctor, as well as another wondering about genetic mutations. They then welcome comic George Perez into the studio and talk about his journey to becoming a stand up and his upcoming tour with our own Chris Laxamana and his band LAXI. Ace and outgoing guest host of the week Dr. Bruce open the show discussing marijuana legalization and how aspects of the campaigns to legalize marijuana have unintended consequences on the public at large. They then turn to the phones and speak to a variety of callers including one with a question about DHA and another with questions about how addiction works.

#454: How Many Sugars  

Adam and Dr. Bruce open the show with Adam giving Bruce a bit of a dressing down over the coffee he is consuming before starting to tell Bruce a story about his agent James 'Babydoll' Dixon. They then turn to the phones and speak to a variety of callers including one who found some suspicious text messages on his wife's phone and another who believes she may have met Adam when he was teaching comedy traffic school.

#453: Sickness De Jour  

Adam and Dr. Bruce open the show discussing Ketogenic diets and the aspects of them that are beneficial for some but not all people. This leads into a larger conversation about popular diets and how taking the framework and modifying them to be even healthier is possible but not popular. The guys then turn to the phones and speak to a variety of callers including one who inspires Adam to go on a lengthy rant about the differences between his children.

Adam and guest host Dr. Bruce are joined in studio today by boxing legend Vinny Paz to talk about the new feature film being made about his life, 'Bleed For This' starring Miles Teller. After speaking to Vinny about the differences between the movie and his real life story the guys turn to the phones and speak to a caller wondering about a ketogenic diet and another already getting ready for Thanksgiving.

Adam welcomes this week's guest host Dr. Bruce to the shop and they open the show discussing what Dr. Bruce is seeing come in to his Emergency Room these days and how people's misconceptions are fundamentally altering our relationship with healthcare. This transitions into a conversation with Dr. Bruce about the recent ER trip that the Carolla family took to take care of Natalia's finger. The guys then turn to the phones and speak to callers including one whose sibling has an opiate problem and another who is looking for tips to avoid loneliness.
