TAGP 74: Does Luck Play A Part In Health Anxiety Recovery?

"Victims Believe In Luck, Warriors Believe In Cause And Effect."
The pain of going through health anxiety is very real. Many other challenges like GAD and Panic Disorder can also jump on the bandwagon and can overwhelm even the strongest willed people. At the point of severe health anxiety someone might even believe that the way back will be like climbing Mount Everest.

It's What I Believed For Years

Little did I realize at the time though that my mind was open to change. It was available to ride the wave of anxiety symptoms, it was available to change my past beliefs around health and the fear of death, and also it was open to ruminating over rational though patterns instead.

Years later today, long after my initial health anxiety recovery I am faced with the words "how did you get so lucky" on a daily basis. I quickly feel the pain of health anxiety suffering from these people, while at the same time feel the need to explain the truth.
"The truth doesn't come with a serving up motivational videos and inspirational quotes thoughts."
The truth doesn't come from saying things like 'man up' or 'learn to relax.' The truth is that understanding is power. The understanding of how the mind interprets threats, and how we must begin speaking the language of our Cortex (thinking brain) and our Amygdala (Emotional Brain) if we want to reach the point of natural health anxiety recovery.

Here Are The Main Topics We'll Be Discussing In The Anxiety Guy Podcast #74:

How changing mindsets from needing instant relief to long term progress is key
How hope and faith play no role in anyones true health anxiety recovery
How simple realizations after gaining proper knowledge can bring understanding and relief

TAGP 73: Channeling The Power Of Your Subconscious Mind

"Whether You Think You Can Or Think You Cant, You're Right." Henry Ford

Your subconscious mind records your every emotional reaction to each experience you have, think about this for a second. Why do happy people stay happy no matter what crosses their paths, and negative people stay negative?
Simply Because Your Subconscious Can't Differentiate Between What's Good Or Bad, It's All Information To The Subconscious Mind.
Judging the quality of information received doesn't work well with the subconscious mind. But it will keep you focused on information that keeps you feeling the way you do, because it believe that's what's kept you alive all this time.

As long as someone sees themselves as anxious, the subconscious mind will continuously sort for information that keeps them anxious. That's why lucky people get luckier, and people that play the victim care everyday keep digging themselves in deeper and deeper holes in life.

Let's Remember That It Always Comes Down To The Amount Of Repetition That Takes Place Before The Subconscious Mind Stores It And Activates It In The Future.

This is why habits are so important, and self awareness is the key to changing habits. But in my 6 year struggle with health anxiety and GAD I didn't know how to think, only react! If an emotion popped up that I disliked, I reacted. If a thought was brought to my awareness, I reacted. I had no self control at all.

I then realized that when I started to act in awareness of my habits, my higher self acted as a guardian for my mind. This allowed me to step aside and see my thoughts and emotions from a new perspective. One that put the power right back into my hands, and soon your hands as well.

Episode #73 Of The Anxiety Guy Podcast Shares:

How your subconscious mind is contributing to your overall daily state
How patterns you've picked up through childhood still play out today
Why the subconscious mind doesn't accept new thoughts/beliefs so quickly

TAGP 72: My Health Anxiety Journey Through Medications, Support, And Setbacks

"Life Gave Me The Biggest Beating Imaginable, And It Wasn't Until I Learned The Lesson That I Succeeded."

Sometimes when you hear the health anxiety journey and recovery story first hand it adds much relief. Medications, anxiety support teams, and setbacks are something every health anxiety sufferer thinks of and experiences in their journey. Which is the inspiration behind this anxiety guy podcast episode.

The Definition Of Insanity Is Partaking In The Same Patterns And Habits And Expecting A Different Result

Which is what I did for many years. Then I realized that something had to give, so I took my doctors advice and started antidepressants and anti anxiety medications. Let's just say they both sucked royally for me. The other confusing arena is the anxiety support teams:

Who to turn to?
Who Will Listen?
And For goodness sake who has some half decent advice based around helping me to actually progress?

Of course we can't forget the inevitable, setbacks. Everyone has them during their health anxiety journey towards recovery. Why? Because your subconscious mind refuses to accept anything that doesn't fit your current beliefs and values. So as a whim, calmly, in the back of your mind it says to you:
"You're Expecting Me To Take This New Thought Or Skill Set You Just learned, And Run With It With No History Of Success Behind It?"
Welcome to the topsy turvy world of convincing your subconscious mind that you are a healthy, empowered, capable, loving, grateful, and fearless person. It takes time, it takes tears, and it takes some pain to re-condition your mind and to get it to be something you can rely on again, instead of your own worst enemy.

In Episode #72 Of The Anxiety Guy Podcast I Share:

How one anti anxiety medication almost led me to taking my own life
Why most health anxiety support people fail to actually help
How you can shift your mindset so that setbacks become a positive thing

TAGP 71: The #1 Factor In Health Anxiety Recovery

"Health Anxiety Isn't Your Fault, But It Is Your Responsibility To Overcome." Dennis Simsek

The overwhelming amount of information in today's world can drive a health anxiety sufferer mad. This piece of advice, his comment, that book, next thing you know the light at the end of the tunnel becomes smaller and smaller. This was my journey for over 6 years, until I began to work on this one incredibly important factor.
The #1 Factor In Health Anxiety Recovery Is No Untold Secret
Over the years we see athletes that had enormous abilities, but never make it to the highest levels. We've seen amazing business ideas that never truly manifest and become all they can be. And we see health anxiety sufferers live in a comfort zone they're far too comfortable in to try and let go of (unconsciously of course).

Welcome To The Bewildering Life Of A Health Anxiety Sufferer

There's something very common within the successes of people in different aspects of life, and it's the very thing we have the ability to alter. The immense power within us grants us the permission to consciously step in at any given moment to direct our minds in the direction we want to go, and for health anxiety sufferers that direction is freedom.

Freedom from the never-ending sensitivity to symptoms of anxiety, freedom from avoidance behaviours that keep them locked in a circle of so-so living conditions, and freedom from the grand-daddy of them all... The Fear Of Death.

In episode #71 of The Anxiety Guy Podcast I will reveal:

The biggest difference between health anxiety recovery and management
How we sabotage our chances for freedom unconsciously
What the biggest factor in health anxiety recovery is, and how it will set you on a path to freedom in all aspect of your life

TAGP 70: Anxiety Causing Depression? 3 Steps To Recovery

"The Bravest Thing I Ever Did Was Continue To Live While Every Part Of Me Wanted To Die." - Dennis Simsek
Depression can be defined as ‘a mental disorder characterized by a pessimistic sense of inadequacy and a despondent lack of activity’. However, it is important to realize that while this definition is true in the most general sense, there are many different types of depression, and all of them differ in terms of specific symptoms and causes.
On a general level however, depression is a mental health challenge that can affect every aspect of your life. It can change the way you sleep, the way you deal with other people, and the way you view life in general. It is an all-pervasive condition that is very different from a passing mood - something that does not simply go away, nor is it a sign of personal weakness or lack of courage.

Depression can be a crippling condition, so let’s start by seeing if you may be depressed. Keep in mind that everyone has their “blue” days. The thing that separates clinical depression from simple melancholy is that the symptoms occur over a period of time. They don’t come and go, they stay around for a while and can affect your life adversely.

Can You Answer Yes To These 3 Questions? If So Depression Might Be Present:

Are you un-motivated to do simple things like shower, clean up the house, or make dinner?
Do people tell you you’re overly irritable?
Are you feeling isolated from family and friends even when they are around you?

Anxiety Causing Depression Is A Cry For Change, Now!
Suffering depression is your mind’s way of telling you that you need to institute changes through a proven CBT based system. and while a major change like moving to a different state or even a different country would be a huge step in the right direction, for many people this is simply not possible. That does not, however, mean that you cannot make changes to your environment which can help you to start getting over your depression problem.

In Episode #70 of The Anxiety Guy Podcast, We Dive Into:

The root cause of your depression
How the subconscious mind interprets your anxiety causing depression
How your life can change by implementing the 3 steps outlined in the podcast

TAGP 69: Is Anxiety Therapy For You?

"My Dad Once Said Son, Never Change A Winning Game But Always Change A Losing Game."

A question I've been getting quite a bit lately is "can anxiety therapy help me in my current state?" A question that doesn't have a direct answer, and many factors need to be understood about the individual. But what I am going to do is take the opportunity to fill you with my personal opinions, give you the facts, and show you what works for me and my clients.

There is no one size fits all approach for anxiety sufferers. I've realized that everyone's challenge is quite unique from the thousands of people I've worked through my CBT based program dealing with health anxiety and GAD. This is where much of my frustration comes into play when we think anxiety therapy in today's world.
"I've been doing psychotherapy for 7 years Dennis," Laura said to me. I was floored, what a waste of money and time I thought to myself.
So this is my no holds barred version of exactly what you need to hear as far as what will work best for you. I will lay it all out for you, and tell you what I believe is the absolute best option for your specific case. Because I'll tell you one thing:

"What You Don't Want Is Your Therapist To Listen To Your Story, Grab A Text Book From The Shelf, Read You Some Breathing Techniques To Do, And Book Your Next Appointment."

Which was a familiar story during my 6 year anxiety struggle. "Was this therapy?" I thought to myself as I left each and every session more confused and anxious than when I went in. That's when I started to do my research to find out what worked for others.

I found myself a mentor who could relate to my story and held me accountable, I learned the methods behind CBT & NLP, and was relentless in my pursuit towards changing how I saw myself and the meanings behind my core beliefs, and the rest took care of itself in time.

In Episode #69 of The Anxiety Guy Podcast I'll be sharing:

A deeper understanding behind my anxiety recovery
Why Traditional anxiety therapy didn't work for me
How you can make the right choice that will actually spawn results quickly

TAGP 68: Turning Your PANIC Switch Off

"Is It Possible To Re-program Your Brain To Understand What's A Real Threat And What's Not? Sure, Why Not."

Remember that first full blown panic attack you had? What a bewildering experience. All your sensations heightened, your mind running wild like a wild goose chase, and minutes felt like hours.

Quickly you begin thinking this is the one, this is the one that will end your life. How could it not? It feels so real!

"With Every New Full Blown Panic Attack A Sufferer Believes It To Be A Heart Attack, And Responds Accordingly In That Moment."

Life after a full blown panic attack feels like a saber toothed tiger looking to pounce on you at any moment. The sensitivity to light, words, events, anything can be enough to lock ourselves in our comfort zones for days, weeks, months, years!

I know I did. 31 days to be exact in my home only stepping foot outside to take a breath of air once in a while. But all this fear stops today.

In this episode of the anxiety guy podcast I want to show you the truth behind this part of your brain called the amygdala that is running the panic show right now.

"By understanding panic we can train the amygdala to understand what is a real threat and what is a perceived threat."

So if you're currently going through a panicky chapter in your life, and fear the next big panic attack, this podcast episode is for you.

In Episode #68 Of The Anxiety Guy Podcast We Look Into:

What the function of the amygdala is
Why we experience these attacks out of the blue

TAGP 67: My Anxiety Truth Unleashed (Powerful Interview)

"What's Wrong Is Always Available, So Is What's Right."

Get ready for the truth. The truth about growing up in an environment that breeds anxiety, and how the cycle of GAD, health anxiety, and panic disorder manifested towards adulthood.

In this powerful interview with Judi Meredith I share the very things that kept my fears and worries alive, and how scary it was to alter my anxious state.

"I Remember Thinking Of How Foreign Recovery From Anxiety Was, And How I Sabotaged My Own Success Daily."

These are the types of interviews that I believe make the biggest difference in people suffering from anxiety. To show these warriors that anxiety recovery is not only possible, it's your right and it happens everyday.

The problem in today's world is we hear these labels like mental illness, chemical imbalance theories, and anxiety is in your genes so we believe the solution is beyond us.

"I Believes That's BS, And It's Time Positivity, Rational Thinking, And Success Stories Became Louder."

After the tough questions in this interview by Judi Meridith I find myself getting more and more caught up in today's mental health world, and more and more frustrated.

Remember, You Are More Than Anxiety!

Frustrated because the answer is always right underneath our noses. The knowledge, the mindset, the skill sets, and the power to apply what is learned with unwavering perseverance is what this powerful interview is about.

In The Anxiety Guy Podcast #67 We Go Deep Into:

How my subconscious mind accepted anxiety so early in my life
What kept my generalized anxiety and health anxiety alive
What I feared success over anxiety so much

TAGP 66: How Mentally Out Of Shape Are You?

"Our Mentality Becomes Our Reality." - Billy Cox

Have you ever looked at your mental health in this way? How in or out of shape you actually are? When we think about getting in shape we attribute that to consistency in some form of exercise to achieve a desired look or result.

So Why Does Physical Shape Always Come Before Mental Shape In Our Society?

If we look at our system from head to toe, internal to external, and what creates the quality of our lives, so much of it comes down to how we choose to interpret the information taken in from our 5 senses.

After suffering from health anxiety, debilitating panic disorder, and generalized anxiety I came to a very deep realization which was that:

"I Learned That A Thought I Had, Or An Emotion I Felt Was My Systems Way Of Asking My Conscious Mind What To Do With This Information!"

I didn't need to run with a thought for the entire day, and believe it. I didn't need to allow my emotions to overtake my reactions and rational thinking processes. But no one ever taught us how to deal with this stuff, until now, so we just keep avoiding or looking for that magic wand for relief.

Staying in great mental shape means working out your mind daily. It means that from the moment you wake up, to the moment you go to bed, you allow certain information to enter your inner world, and others not to.

"Our Lives Are The Direct Result Of How Mentally In Shape We Are."

In episode #66 of The Anxiety Guy Podcast let's look at:

What things you need to do to get in great mental shape
How a brand new perspective can change your world
How to step up no matter what situation life throws at you

TAGP 65: 5 Questions To Ask Yourself To Reach Self Mastery

"Self Mastery Is The Powerful Combination Of Control And Flexibility."

When we talk about self mastery we're talking about people that live mindfully. Mindful living means not falling for the traps of your default mode network (DMN), the part of your brain that thinks and behaves unconsciously.

Unconscious living means putting your life in the hands of others. A persons belief becomes your belief, the gloomy weather means an ugly day, and if something feels wrong than it must be wrong.

"Self Mastery Means Standing Guard At the Doorway Of Your Mind, And Allowing Only The Rational And Big Picture To Enter In."

The difference between average and successful people is their level of psychological development. Successful doesn't have to mean in any given aspect either. Some people can view success as simply living out their passion, or sitting on a bench, hearing the birds chirping, and simply being in that present moment.

As you probably already know and understand well, the mind doesn't naturally become broadened/flexible in it's thinking.

It Takes Commitment, Repetition, Emotion, And A Willingness To Change

But Dennis, why wouldn't someone want to change their lives for the better? Improving their physical, spiritual, emotional and mental health is a given isn't it? Well, not really.

If you're ever heard the saying "most people would rather die than to think," you know where i'm coming from. The very idea of change takes the conscious mind completely out of the game, and it checks out. It wants nothing to do with it since familiarity is what it loves.

In This Episode Of The Anxiety Guy Podcast We'll Be Discussing:

When you'll know you've reached self mastery
Reasons why some people will never change their realities
Where we go wrong along the journey

TAGP 64: Depersonalization And Anxiety – A Symptom Or Something Else?

"Depersonalization; Quite Possibly The Most Bewildering And Terrifying Thing I've Ever Experienced." - Dennis Simsek

Depersonalization is something that's becoming more and more common in today's world of chronic anxiety, and yet no one can give us any firm answers on it yet. Certainly my own therapist had no idea what I was talking about, and my doctor just looked at me like I was from the planet Zoltron, so what was a sufferer to do?

The truth is depersonalization is most certainly one of those things that doesn't get much focus as far as treatment options. When all medical tests are done and physical ailments are ruled out, confusion can certainly set in, until today.

I believe the best solutions come from those people that have been through depersonalization and derealization, and have come out the other side. Even though all those inner voices tell you that you're doomed, there's a part of you that reminds you of how sensitized you truly are to everyday fears, and that the solution could simply be in taking care of those very things.
"When I Work With Someone Personally Through Depersonalization, It's Not Only Based Around CBT, But We Get The Meat-Suit Engaged (The Body), We Tackle The Emotional Fatigue, And Re-Wire The Subconscious."
So get ready to listen to this powerful episode of The Anxiety Guy Podcast a few times to really grasp where depersonalization comes from, what keeps it going, and what options you have to treat it naturally.

In this episode we look deep into:

The main triggers of depersonalization
Whether it's a symptom of anxiety or not

TAGP 63: Breaking Anxious Patterns: The Power Of An Elastic Band

"Break The Pattern To Create A New One."

95% of our actions are unconsciously determined. Think about that. These are habits, patterns, and most of them destructive. But we don't recognize these patterns because we were never taught to live conscously, but to accept our realities as they were.

"We Can't Blame Our Parents Though, I Mean They Can't Teach Us What They Don't Know."

Some of the statements my clients have grown up with are things like "you've got to roll with the punches" or "no pain no gain." No pain no gain? What the hell does that even mean? By running the same limiting patterns in our thoughts, words, and actions we create the vibration of living comfortably fearful, and my friends you're much better than living comfortably fearful.

An elastic band was my best friend during my recovery from anxiety, and it will be yours as well. An elastic band when used properly holds the power to not only break you of your anxious patterns, but to create mindfulness. A broader look into the world, seeing the big picture, and going external in our focus rather than internal.

To Break The Anxious Patterns Means To Catch Yourself When Your Crtical Voice Is Present

When the process of doubt begins, you're told you'll never amount to anything, or that anxety will just be a part of your life so you must learn to live with it... Forever. Every client I have goes through the elastic band process, and now my friends, so will you.

The 4 steps you will learn in this powerful epsode of The Anxiety Guy Podcast will transform your anxous patterns of thought, and change the way you see yourself.

In Episode #63 we'll be learning about:

What breaking a pattern truly means
How to fully accept and let the anxiety storm pass
Why the elastic band is an absolute must to wear for you

TAGP 62: Have I Actually Overcome Chronic Anxiety Fully?

"The Light At The End Of The Tunnel Might Look Slim Right Now. But That Light Gets Bigger With Knowledge, Commitment, And Patience."

I get this question all the time: "Dennis, Have You Actually Overcome Chronic Anxiety?" When I get this question I almost always know it's coming from a place of disbelief from the sufferer. Recovery, a place so foreign to people with chronic anxiety.

A world that seems so far away for the moment, and I understand the pain fully.

In this episode of The Anxiety Guy podcast I go into great detail as far as how the past was for me living with debilitating health anxiety and GAD, my present life, and where my future lies. And as far as the newest Warriors listening to their first podcast episode, the message from this day forward is clear:
"Every Anxious Moment Is An Opportunity To Practice A New Approach."
Everything begins with mindset, the way we approach life, and the perceptions we have of ourselves. That is why when we start to see anxious moments as opportunities to use new CBT tools we've learned, we become less sensitized to thoughts and environments.

So get ready warriors to gain a deeper look into whether or not i'm done with anxiety, and let's answer this questions once and for all. Does 'Dennis still get those anxious feelings when thoughts arise', and when things don't go the way he wants, or have I been able to experience a sense of self mastery, and become bigger than my problems?

In Episode #62 Of The Anxiety Guy Podcast We Will Be Learning About:

The ways chronic anxiety manifests and how we sustain the feeling without knowing
How I approach daily life today
Where I get the fuel to constantly stand guard at the doorway of my mind

TAGP 61: Simplifying Your Anxiety Recovery

"Simplify Your Day, Do Less, And Pick Just One Thing To Focus On."

We can make anxiety recovery so very complicated, and that's where this episode comes in. This week on The Anxitey Guy podcast, we simplify our mindsets. We focus in on small changes, small daily wins, which will lead to big results.

It can be so easy to see yourself as weak, incapable, and powerless. The truth is you're none of those things, you are a warrior. Someone who is just as capable as any to bring themselves to a state of peace and balance. Self mastery is within your reach, but only if you simplify your journey through anxiety recovery.

"Life Is Really Simple, But We Insist On Making It So Very Complicated."

This episode is about your 'one thing.' Your one thing is one focus you hold onto for the day, that's it. "But Dennis how will I lessen my anxiety levels in ALL the different aspects of my life," I hear you saying. That is the very approach that is in fact keeping you from maintaining any progress in your anxiety recovery.

When you focus in on your one thing, your own mindset, your one new skill set, your one challenge for the day, you begin re-conditioning yourself. You begin to see that you can in fact be successfull in this journey. You can maintain progress, simply by maintaining one small focus per day.
"In anxiety recovery we can focus on breathing patterns, posture, journalling, thought patterns, new behavior? You choose your one thing."
In episode #61 on The Anxiety Guy Podcast, We're Diving Deep Into:

Why I believe in the 'one thing' approach so very much for anxiety recovery
How your one thing desensitizes a person from their fears
The moment when a sufferer begins to see themselves as a failure

TAGP 60: Top 5 Habits Health Anxiety Sufferers Must Replace

"Health Anxiety Is Kept Alive Due To The Fear Of Losing Control Of Our Minds, Bodies, Or Both."

Health anxiety sufferers consistently play out similar patterns in their day to day lives, with many of those people hoping for a different result. As painful as this challenge is we must get to the point of understanding that replacements of those patterns is crucial.

The Amygdala (the part of our brains responsible for the fear response) must be guided and trained. When the amygdala no longer believes that a perceived threat is in fact near, our symptoms of anxiety lessen and eventually don't appear at all.
"The key for health anxiety sufferers to re-train their amygdala's is by putting themselves in situations that they fear."
The top 5 habits that health anxiety sufferers go though on a daily basis can be replaced. As noted in previous anxiety guy podcasts; The fastest way to overcoming fear based thoughts and behaviors is by replacing them with new ones.

This is why this episode fills me with great joy. To once and for all help health anxiety sufferers replace the habits that keep their sensitivity to fear alive.

The top 5 habits in this podcast episode are the result of working with over 3000 people worldwide. Understanding their thought patterns, beliefs and actions on a daily basis. It was revealed to me that these were the most consistent habits. The replacements are some of the new rituals I use to help health anxiety sufferers in my personal 1 on 1 Skype sessions as well.

In episode #60 of The Anxiety Guy Podcast we'll get in depth answers into:

TAGP 56: A Personal Rant For All The Warriors & Victims

"All Television Is Educational, The Question Is What Is It Teaching?"

During my 6 year struggle with debilitating generalized anxiety I ran into a quote that inspired me to see the world in a new light. Although long, I feel the need to share it with you and it goes like this:

"The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows, it's a very mean and nasty place and I don't care how tough you are, it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently... IF YOU LET IT."

I believe it was Sylvestor Stallone (comment below if I got it right), that said this. The part that stuck with me wasn't the part that the world being a nasty place etc (because I was living it daily at the time due to my health anxiety, panic attacks, you name it), it was the last 4 words:

"If You Let It"

I thought to myself, do you mean I have a choice in the matter? I didn't have to live in a world of reaction to every symptom of anxiety, every criticism my boss sent my way and every moment someone cut me off on the road? That last line gave me some space. Some space between my anxiety and who I was as a person.

I recognized that my internal chatter was enough to keep my mind occupied on how scary the world was. With every identity statement such as "I am anxiety," the fears grew stronger and the more it consumed me like a blanket wherever I went. I shared my struggles with everyone I met, not realizing one important thing along the journey which was that:
"No One Really Cared That I Had Anxiety!"
So I labelled those people too. "Good for nothing people who just care about themselves", and on the cycle went. Today's rant on the anxiety guy podcast comes from a place of love, even though it may not seem like that, so buckle your seatbelts and enjoy the ride.

The top 3 things we'll be diving into in this week's the anxiety guy podcast episode are:

The #1 reason for why negativity is so much stronger than positivity right now
How searching for the meaning of life everyday, just causes you more anxiety
Why we've become a society of zombies chasing the next temporary pleasure

TAGP 55: Overcoming Health Anxiety – Convincing Yourself You’re Healthy

"Overcoming Health Anxiety Begins With Acceptance And Ends With Action."

Health anxiety is a condition that bewilders many people, including professionals. The idea that every symptom of anxiety can be a life or death event doesn't really cross the 'average' person's mind. But the biggest problem health anxiety sufferers face is convincing themselves that in fact their sensations are related to the emotional cycle of anxiety.

This hurdle is half the battle towards overcoming health anxiety. Many people find that the strategies they have within them can be put to use to lower their stress and anxiety levels once they are convinced.
"People Fall Victim To This Condition For Years. Overcoming Health Anxiety Involves Awareness, Acceptance, And A Commitment To Break The Anxious Patterns."
Overcoming health anxiety also means being able to prepare yourself for setbacks. Many people working on overcoming health anxiety fall victim to setbacks and bewilderment, and think they've made no progress at all. This is completely false, and deep down they know it.

What I've come to understand is that health anxiety sufferers who are looking for a CBT method to overcoming their condition, have lost rapport with their subconscious mind. This is where the main problem lies. In this powerful episode of The Anxiety Guy Podcast I'm going to equip you with what you need to begin overcoming health anxiety starting today.

In this episode we look into:

The #1 reason for why people fail in their journey towards overcoming health anxiety
What you need to do today to begin convincing your mind you're healthy
Why sensations of anxiety hold so much power over you
