Episode 24: DAVID MORRIS

#TheHowieGames | David Morris was told time and time again that he wasn’t good enough, that he was crazy to continue and had absolutely no future in aerial skiing. Thankfully, David ignored the constant negativity to qualify for the Olympics and claim an unlikely Olympic Silver medal for Australia - and he did it all with a smile on his face. He is a man who risked life and limb to realise his dream.

This is the final episode of SEASON 1.

#TheHowieGames | BIG BASH SPECIAL #6 | A gentleman of international cricket - Kumar Sangakkara. The former Sri Lankan captain played 134 tests with an incredible average of 57.40. However, this isn't just a sporting story - it's a tale of perseverance, belief, and humility.

#TheHowieGames | BIG BASH SPECIAL #5 | Kevin Peter Pietersen MBE. 104 tests, 23 test centuries, Ashes victories and regarded by many as the best English batsman of modern times. KP has a wicked sense humour, a love for the game and a love for his family. Forget the headlines, forget about all the rubbish - this is the real KP.

Episode 18: BRAD HODGE

#TheHowieGames | BIG BASH SPECIAL #1 | The first of our Big Bash League specials. We start with Adelaide Strikers captain Brad Hodge. Hodgey holds records galore in domestic cricket, yet extraordinarily he was only selected to play in 6 tests for Australia . In this episode Brad openly discusses his non-selection, the T20 revolution and where his cricketing career will take him next.

Episode 17: TREVOR HENDY

#TheHowieGames | Trevor Hendy is a god of the waves and a modern day guru. As a competitor he had no peer - 4 consecutive World Ironman titles, 6 time Australian Ironman champion & 4 time Uncle Toby’s Super Series winner. In this episode we chat about his family history, being the best of the best, going bankrupt, Kelly Slater and his starring role in Baywatch alongside Pamela Anderson. His positive outlook is infectious. #MugLair

Episode 16: DAMIEN MARTYN

#TheHowieGames | One the most elegant Australian batsmen of the modern era. In a team of giants, Marto liked to hide in the background - but that’s not easy when you play 67 tests, average over 46 and knock up 13 test centuries. In this episode he talks about playing in arguably the greatest cricket team of all time, why he avoided publicity, the pain of getting dropped after ONE errant shot and plenty more.

Episode 15: LAYNE BEACHLEY

#TheHowieGames | No better guest to celebrate the first day of the Australian summer than 7-time world surfing champion Layne Benchley. Layne is fascinating, warm, engaging and determined. An elite athlete who at times struggled with self-doubt but had a phenomenal drive to win and win and win some more.

Episode 14: GREG NORMAN

#TheHowieGames | I grew up idolising Greg Norman. How could you not. On the course he was flamboyant, aggressive, dominant, striking - the full package. These days the Shark may be an even better business man than he was golfer, which is saying something. In this episode we cover golf, life, winning, losing, business and so much more. I hope he inspires you as much as he does me.

Episode 13: JAKE EDWARDS

#TheHowieGames | Jake Edwards is a young man from a famous footballing family who has been through the AFL system. Part way through his footy journey, Jake came to realise he was battling depression. In this episode, Jake guides us through his footy career, descent to “rock bottom” and remarkable recovery. You’ll come to realise by listening to Jake that there is light at the end of the tunnel. A message he is determined to spread.

#TheHowieGames | One hour absolutely flew when I recorded this chat with Socceroos coach Ange Postecoglou. Ange is open and upfront as we track his rise to the top job in Australian soccer. He describes his love and passion for the beautiful game as an obsession - that cannot be disputed. Enjoy getting to know the real Ange.

Episode 11: MICHAEL CLARKE

#TheHowieGames | Michael Clarke's autobiography may have caused a massive stir recently but - at the heart of it - the former Australian captain is just a bloke who loves cricket. During this chat Pup shares his thoughts on the media, the backlash from his book and his meteoric rise to the baggy green.

Episode 10: JIM CASSIDY

#TheHowieGames |  MELBOURNE CUP SPECIAL. No topic is off limits for Jim 'THE PUMPER' Cassidy. Whether he is talking about winning the Melbourne Cup, being banned from racing or literally rolling around in massive wads of cash. The Pumper is a funny, friendly and fiercely loyal bloke. His story is worth hearing for racing and non-racing fans alike.

Episode 9: MICK DOOHAN

#TheHowieGames | There is only one man to speak to in the lead up to the Australian MotoGP. Five-time world champion Mick Doohan. It's hard not to be in awe of the great man. A notoriously private man, I learnt a hell of a lot about Mick during this chat. Enjoy.

Episode 8: DEAN JONES

#TheHowieGames | Dean Jones. One of the most charismatic and talented batsmen to the don the baggy green during the 80s and 90s. Deano doesn’t take a backwards step as he talks through the many highs and somewhat bizarre lows of his illustrious career. The man can tell a story!

#TheHowieGames | BATHURST SPECIAL with Larry & Jack Perkins. Larry has won the great race 6 times and his son Jack is out to clinch his first Bathurst title. This episode deals with both their experiences on the Mountain, and explores Larry’s little known foray into Formula 1 - alongside Bernie Ecclestone!

Episode 6: JACK JONES

#TheHowieGames | Jack played in 3 Premierships and 7 VFL Grand Finals for the Essendon Bombers - alongside champions like Dick Reynolds & John Coleman. However, before he pulled on the black and red, Jack went to war with the 24th Infantry Battalion in New Guinea and Bougainville. His memory of these times is simply remarkable. It's a story you may not have heard but you should certainly take the time to learn.
