The reason why most people struggle or fail on their journey to better health, fitness and general wellbeing is that their thinking gets in the way. Ian has been running weekly calls with our members to dive into why we think the way we do and how we can change it. Ian lost 46 pounds in 16 weeks, describing it as losing a "thought suit". In this episode, Mark talks to Ian to learn more about his journey and NLP techniques.
