  • Born during the Islamic Revolution of Iran, Anahita is a modern-day priestess, healer, and medicine woman. Anahita’s work is the culmination of over twenty-five years of intensive study with mystic masters and shamans, social research, as well as over ten years of her own teaching and facilitation. As a Feminine Leadership mentor, Anahita activates the sacred leadership of women who are ready to awaken and unleash the force of nature within, leaving no stone unturned. Anahita is a credentialed spiritual counselor.

Beth Clayton (your host) is a soul-based life coach and TEDx speaker who loves to help open-hearted people break free from their own self-sabotage, outdated thought patterns, and past pain so they can deepen their relationship with their own soul’s intuition, speak their truth courageously and fulfill their most authentic desires. She is the creator of multiple group programs, retreats, and transformational workshops, leading hundreds of truth-seekers toward finding freedom and ease in their relationship with themselves, empowerment in their lives, and the ability to take powerful and consistent action toward their dreams.

In this episode, we dive into:

Anahita’s journey from a childhood trauma growing up in Iran during the Islamic Revolution, to being on the path as being the youngest Landmark Forum leader in their history, to her divine spiritual awakening in her early twenties, to becoming a stripper, to going deep into devotional service and then helping women take quantum leaps in leadership. The link between the divine feminine, shakti, and unleashing erotic energy with as we rise into new levels as women. How Anahita found God/Goddess in stripping. Breaking the myth of the linear healing journey. The importance of embracing messy healing journeys, integrations, duality, with twists, dips, pendulum swings, and surprise endings. The healing aspect of being witnessed and seen, rather than doing the work alone in a vacuum. The connection between trauma release and becoming a clear vessel for spiritual gifts. Why embodiment exercises and energetic awakenings in the body are the missing links between mindset and spirituality work. Why we can be awakening and still have a lot of self-loathing and have trouble living in our full power. The importance of being a forever student. When we create a safe space and the right conditions, trauma wants to be released and has intelligence for how to do so, much like a baby being born. How learning to see ourselves through the eyes of the divine feminine and mother nature can make us unflappable as we rise in leadership. Why we need activated and integrated women more than ever at this particular moment in time.

Worthy Stokes is the founder of HeartMind® Meditations and author of The Daily Meditation Book of Healing. She is a polytrauma survivor who lives with life-altering sensory loss since overcoming a complicated traumatic brain injury overseas at the age of 34. Her vivid Near Death Experience, a decade of advanced meditation training that began in 2008 with her introduction to Dzogchen, and her battle to retrieve her very own mind inspired her career of teaching meditation and coaching at the nexus of nondual wisdom, emergent neuroscience, and open awareness.

Worthy is endorsed by world-renowned medical doctors teaching at Columbia University, University of Pennsylvania, and beyond. She is widely known as a healer for the healers among award-winning CEOs, trauma survivors, psychologists, and somatic experts who appreciate her interdisciplinary perspective of meditation.

Worthy has spent countless hours with her neurologists reviewing maps of her own brain, she has followed clinical research studies since meeting the late Dr. Candace Pert in 2007, and she directly apprehends the mystical complexity of transformation.

She guides online meditation programs and shares her free time with her husband, who is an adult literacy expert; he helps her read and write. Worthy holds a bachelor of arts degree in Journalism, and she is currently writing her second book. And yes, crazy but true, Worthy is her real, given birth name;)

In this session, we will dive into:

How emotional contagion is surfacing in collective trauma and how we are experiencing it on an individual level. How Worthy’s NDE, polytraumatic brain injury, and sensory loss prepared her to ground herself amidst uncertainty and change. The trauma that can happen in quarantine that is associated with activation and simultaneous entrapment. The gifts present in the time of quarantine and global pandemic. How Worthy learned to start living sixty seconds at a time. Why hitting rock bottom and acceptance of “terrible circumstances” is the first step in liberation. Why denial can be super valuable as we travel toward acceptance. How denial keeps us separate from our intelligence and resourcefulness. Why we always receive the information we need to heal at the exact moment we are strong enough to handle it. The importance of giving ourselves and others grace as we learn and transform.

He found the effects to be so transformative that he embarked on a 17-month teacher training process which included studies in Rishikesh, India, completion of advanced courses in Vedic knowledge, as well as continued study with some of the preeminent masters of Vedic knowledge.

In this session, we will dive into:

The phases that we are going through collectively during a pandemic; shock, resilience, and reintegration (destruction and re-birth) How the Vedic law of karma (cause and effect) is playing itself out through the challenges of a global pandemic. How everything (even negative circumstances) is simply evolution. How this time is asking us to ask the question (both individually and collectively” to assess, “What is sustainable with what we are doing right now?” How we are in a crisis of systems, and how the current government is reflecting that and serving as a destruction operator. How darkness is always present to illuminate the light through adversity and expand consciousness. The importance of taking action born of stillness instead of fear. How this time is unveiling our communal Gross suggestibility that happiness lives on the other side of constant doing. How this time is actually grounding our internal peace. How meditation, stillness, and spiritual practice can generate more powerful, dynamic, and distilled action. How to ground yourself around family members who disagree or are not interested in growing in the same we are growing. How resistance is an indication we are on our growth edge.

What has been going on in Beth’s world and why she waited so long to start Season 3 (hint hint...it has a little something to do with global pandemic). What “thin space” moments and “liminal periods”, how we are experiencing them collectively right now, and what they have to offer us. The similarities between the moment we are in and the contractions of child labor. Why the most courageous and spiritual work we can do is aligning our actions with our humanity. The importance of initiation moments in our own growth. How & where self-sabotage may be popping up right now. The crucial importance of seeing our shadows rise to the surface without judging ourselves. How shame can prevent us from seeing the growth opportunities in front of us. The mistake in believing we are “living life” and that we can “control” what happens in our lives. Years after her Near-Death Experience, Tricia moved to South Korea to teach and experienced
deep sexual trauma when she was brutally raped, and then dismissed by law enforcement. In her
memoir, she dives deep into how her insights into life after death were instrumental in her ability
to heal her heart and her mind, and how the courage humans must exhibit to truly live in our
bodies is incredibly powerful. She wrote all about it in her memoir, Angelsin the OR: What Dying
Taught Me About Healing, Survival, and Transformation. Tricia also interviews healers and NDE-ers
on her YouTube Channel, “Be the Light of Your Own Healing.”

    ● The mission Tricia received while in her NDE that defied her current path.
    ● The beings of light or “angels” that Tricia met in the OR and what they communicated to

    ● The experience of unconditional love, and why it makes her emotional to talk about even

    ● The intuitive and energetic “gifts” that she returned with that sometimes she wished she

  • Soon after completing her graduate studies in psychology, Dr. Sharon Prentice found
the world of secular psychology lacking-her patients needed “something more”. So,
she set out to investigate and explore alternative methods in the field of mental
health that would incorporate that “something special” she believed existed in each
and every individual soul. Her journey would take her through the great religions of
the world as well as to a discovery of ancient, time-proven alternatives to modern
therapeutic models of counseling. She is the author of the bestselling book
“Becoming Starlight: A Shared Death Journey from Darkness to Light” which
attempts to answer the question “Is this all there is?” She now primarily works with terminally ill
patients and their families to help them transition with more love, truth, and surrender.

changed her entire perspective of death and life.
    ● The beauty, magic, and healing that can happen in the room where someone is taking
    their last breath.
    ● Why Sharon encourages everyone to perceive the deathbed differently and enter into a
place of joy, music, and laughter.
    ● Why it is important to say what you need to say, even if it is difficult for the person who is
    dying to hear.
    ● The love and non-judgment that Sharon has experienced on the other side, and why she
shares that knowledge as much as she possibly can.
    ● How writing “Becoming Starlight” became part of her own healing and part of how she
