Solicitor Tony Trichter spent 35 years in the NSW Police Force, working mainly as a police prosecutor. He recently retired as the Commander of the Police Prosecutions Branch and is now working as an Adjunct Industry Professor. In part 1 of this 2-part bonus episode Tony is going to talk to us about his experience as a prosecutor in the criminal courts, breaking down the often-confusing court process. This is the story of Christopher Wilder an Australian born serial killer, as told through the eyes of investigative journalist Duncan McNab who meticulously researched the life and crimes of Wilder for his book ’The Snapshot Killer.’ In part 1 of this 2 part bonus interview, we learn of Wilder’s crimes and deviant behaviour whilst growing up in Australia, before becoming the FBI’s most wanted for multiple murders of women in the United States.
