The LLM Copilot is part of the OS horst. The idea is to speed up the configuration of the robot and the components. The User asks the LLM, if the installation is quite ready or gets support with the installation of components. The system runs on ChatGPT but for Ismail it is also conceivable to run the application with LLaMA.

Deep learning (DL) models have seen increased attention for time series forecasting, yet the application on cyber-physical systems (CPS) is hindered by the lacking robustness of these methods. Thus, this study evaluates the robustness and generalization performance of DL architectures on multivariate time series data from CPS. Peter Seeberg talked to the authors.

Helmut Prieschenk, CEO from WITRON, and Franziskos Kyriakopoulos, founder of 7LYTIX from Linz, discuss ChatGPT, machine learning in logistics and demand forecasting for food retail. Both agree. AI technology offers a wide range of optimisation potential - also for optimising processes in the distribution centre as well as in the entire supply chain. But not only high data quality is crucial. Likewise, the experience of the people as well as the requirements of the consumers must not be forgotten in the data models.

Peter and I would like to thank all speakers (Cees Snoek, Sepp Hochreiter and Marco Huber), all partners (Hannover Messe, Timecho and IONOS) and all participants of AI in the Alps. It was a pleasure for us. On the way home it was quickly decided: next year we will repeat the format: same time, same place. Actually we wanted to relax a bit the weekend after the event, but then Code Interpreter came. It is rare that Prof. Dr. Marco Huber is so enthusiastic about a tool. But the Code Interpreter has done it to him. The tool is fascinating, but please be careful with the data you enter. Marco explains his approach, but also what you could do with it in the near future.

Markus wrote an interesting article about the topic. Machine learning (ML) is used increasingly in real-world applications. In this paper, we describe our ongoing endeavor to define characteristics and challenges unique to Requirements Engineering (RE) for ML-based systems. As a first step, we interviewed four data scientists to understand how ML experts approach elicitation, specification, and assurance of requirements and expectations. The results show that changes in the development paradigm, i.e., from coding to training, also demands changes in RE.
