In Lesson 4: Love, we talk to a person who was part of a generation that didn't want to live abroad. Just like her friends, Teena wanted to stay and work in India, to help her country prosper. But as we all know too well, life often has other plans. She gets a job post a world away, in Bulgaria, and decides to take the chance, to explore and learn for a year, and then go back. This year marks her 12th in the country and Teena's already at the point where "home" is actually not a single place anymore.

Better education, better economic opportunities, better environment. Better life. We all chase it one way or another. For years people have been on the move in an endless search for happiness and a place to call their own. In this series, recorded completely remotely in a time when we all have been stuck in one place, I present you the personal stories of people who decided to leave their home countries behind and explore the world. In each episode one of them reflects on their choices, the challenges they faced, their perceptions of home and abroad, and how it all changed them, while having the opportunity to stay put and re-evaluate once again the connections to their roots.
