Reproductive health seems to be like a big word for us to all handle and digest. It represents a lot of things but mostly when this word comes to mind most of us would directly relate this to sexual activity and sexual health, but little did we know that it goes far beyond that, that it is a social issue that needs to be addressed.
In this episode we aim to shatter these myths and misconceptions of what reproductive health is and why as humans we have to lobby and call for a more comprehensive and inclusive reproductive health system and policies in place. Join Dr. Dirna Mayasar of Médecins Sans Frontières or Doctors without borders as we discuss the things that encompass reproductive health and what other aspects and sectors that it crosses paths with. Going deeper we talked about how reproductive health is also related to mental health and overall health of a person not just women but men too.
With high hopes, we believe this episode could reach a lot of people and help them understand the importance of Reproductive Health policies. Enjoy the episode Lovies! -

Listen to this episode as Bridge and I talk about the multiple challenges we face as we try to trust the process and what are some tips to keep your eyes on the prize and our feet on the ground. -
In our lives we meet people as we grow up, the cycle goes from strangers then to friends or acquaintances if we're lucky enough lifelong companions in our lives. You know the thin line between strangers and the people you have in your life? Is the chance you gave each of these then strangers a chance to be a part of your life. In my years growing up I have realized that there were multiple strangers that helped me in my life that turned to be an amazing companion all throughout. There were strangers that came along just to teach me a hard lesson and became a stranger again. We can't really say much about these instances but these lessons we've learned from strangers are something to be grateful for.
Listen to this episode with Roma of The Roma Miclat Podcast as we recall the times that strangers were good to us and how we also are keeping an open mind as we go through this life. Amazing things could happen if you just give it a chance! -

The world suffered this 2020 and coming out of it, the question left is what have we learned? We realized that the system is broken, a lot of the things we swept under the rug came back to haunt us. We all know how our family and how we all were raised are a big part of who we are. There are countless things that our family has taught us. Our lives after we were born were already being set up by our parents. Having hopes and dreams for us and paving the way for us discover who we are. A lot of us take these things for granted, the small things we do with our family and the things that we don't notice about our own little family dynamic. Growing up I was able to work on my own self-awareness and now that I understand so many things about being an adult I realized how much bigger the burden was for our parents back then. Join me and my sister as we break down and talk about the things we're grateful for our family. The hopes of this episode is that you could also take the time to appreciate your family and all the lessons good or bad you've learned from them.

Opening up to someone has always been challenging. The idea of being vulnerable about our emotions and thoughts to someone could be daunting, because of all the preconceived notions and judgements that could come off of it. What I learned is that it is extremely liberating and powerful to be able to think out loud and be open to someone you can trust!
In this episode Carl and I would dive deep into my thoughts and insecurities. The story here was it was just supposed to be us catching up but we decided to record the conversation that in turn turned out to be such an episode. Along the way you would hear me contemplate on the things that I have been thinking of and all the other set notions of life that I had.
So if you had the chance to open up to someone, please do! It really lessens the emotional load that you're carrying during tough times! Enjoy listening lovies! -

Let's all face the age old question of what is love? Love can be very complex and different for each and everyone of us. We don't experience the same love twice, and also the same kind all together with someone. Our understanding of love is also relative to how we see the world and what our experiences are. Its really nice to have a new perspective on love and to learn how other people see love. In this episode I would be having a long and relatable conversation with our guest host, Gelli of Huntahan Nights! Let's dive deeper as to how we see love and also understand what ideas of love we should keep in mind. I hope we all could live like Nicholas Sparks Novels but we all know love is quite messy and those RomCom movies give us unrealistic expectations.

Let's get to know love shall we? -
Growing up we were all told what we should be, how we should act, and what we should want for ourselves. These things as we grow up have jaded our perception of who we truly are and maybe that causes us to think for ourselves as we become adults and we become confused about what we should be and what we want us to be. We then realized maybe we don't fit into this world at all even though we belong. Join me and Shari Narciso the other half of the Pechay Show as we talk about embracing our own Charisma Uniqueness Nerve and Talent and we try to make sense of things on being different. Maybe what makes us so incredibly different brings us on our journey for figuring ourselves which makes us all the same too.

Life can get shaky and tough, especially when you're also struggling with your inner voice and thoughts of who you are. That is why it's important for us to have time to introspect about our lives and what we stand for so we are able to stick by them through the test of time. Doing this will help us shape how we see ourselves and understanding our own self is key for us to have a healthy sense of self. This episode will talk about the importance of a healthy sense of self and how we all could strive to achieve having a healthier perception and expectations of ourselves.

How often do you find yourself questioning your self-worth? There will be times when we are left with our own thoughts and expectations of who we're supposed to be at certain points in our lives, and it leads us to questions our decisions and how we perceive our worth. In this episode join me as we talk about anchoring self-worth in a more stable place rather than external forces. Let's sit down with our thoughts and fight our way thru those inner saboteurs we have and understand that we are worthy. Worthy of the things we want and deserve.

An episode that deals with understanding why we compare ourselves to others. Often times we are reminded that we have our own paces, that our star will shine bright the moment it is supposed to shine. Even though we all know these truths we can't avoid comparing ourselves with people around us. This episode digs deeper into this idea of comparison and gives a little technique on how to redirect your mind from comparing your life to others.
