Florian Gschwandtner ist bekannt als Co-Founder vom Unternehmen Runtastic, das er 2009 gemeinsam mit drei Freunden gegründet hatte. Bis 2019 war er als CEO des Unternehmens tätig und für die meisten Ideen verantwortlich. Er liebt es, neue Produkte zu entwickeln. Der Kundennutzen steht für ihn an höchster Stelle.
Runtastic wurde 2015 von adidas für 220 Millionen Euro übernommen und Florian durfte auch bei adidas in einer Führungsgruppe mitarbeiten. Im Januar 2020 heuerte Florian beim Startup Tractive an, wo er als Chief Growth Officer tätig ist. Tractive verkauft Ortungsgeräte, mit denen sich Hunde und Katzen verfolgen lassen. -
Rudi Bauer, ehemals Geschäftsführer von StepStone Österreich und zuletzt Chief Evangelist der StepStone-Gruppe wechselt als Vice President Digital Classifieds zu WeAreDevelopers.
