Gesundheit und Fitness – Australien – Neue Podcasts

  • Life won’t wait - we get one shot - and you are in the driver's seat.
    You can Do Hard Things.

I’m Danni Duncan…featured fitness and nutrition coach, author, speaker and mum of 3 amazing kiddies (including twins)
Online I’ve shared it all, my pregnancy journeys, miscarriages, why you SHOULDN’T be eating cereal for breakfast, how to make the perfect sourdough and helping you to see that YOU can do hard things.

The things I’ve said online have often got me into a bit of trouble, and its because I’m not afraid to call people out on their shit … I’m not afraid to discuss taboo topics and I don’t believe that any of us need to live an average life where we do what society is telling us is ‘normal’ … instead its our job to question “Why is that normal?” And is that what we want for our own life?

This podcast is going to be a space where I chat to experts (and share my own thoughts) on WHY we aren’t living our full potential.
Where you can get the factsthat will help you to get your happiness, motivation and confidence back.

Taking the first steps can be hard, but I’m here to help you make it a little easier to face your fears and live your best life - every, single, day.

I will make you feel uncomfortable, I will make you think differently but you may just wanna hear it.

If you want to make this year the year that you do something for yourself, you’re in the right space.
