Since reading Easter’s book, JP has pursued discomfort - which led him to running 120 miles across Ireland in under 40 hours in The Kerry Way ultra-marathon. JP shares his journey from inspiration to perspiration as he explores the value of running toward discomfort and lessons learned along the way.
