Rebbetzin Sarah Feldbrand, an only child of Holocaust survivors, is the proud mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother of an extended family. While raising several sons and one daughter, she also managed to educate girls and women as a teacher and later a principal in various seminaries and adult education programs. Throughout this time she continued to grow
her knowledge of torah sources by never teaching the same topic for more than two years. Once her children were grown, she used any available opportunity to write and has authored over 37 books, of various genres, most of which focus on personal growth. These works draw from a diversity of Torah sources, which provide keys to achieving optimal emotional well-being. When she isn’t busy with her family, she writes. Rabbi Ben-Tzion Shafier is director of the popular website theShmuz.com. He is a happily married father of six children, grandfather to four and lives in Monsey, NY. Yehiel M. Kalish currently serves as the CEO of Chevra Hatzalah Volunteer Ambulance Service. He was previously a State Representative for Illinois (2019–2021) and held leadership roles in the business sector, including Principal at S4 Group LLC and Chairman and CEO from 2014 to 2019. Earlier, he worked at Agudath Israel of America in various capacities, overseeing development, legislative advocacy, and regional offices. Yehiel holds a BA in Judaic Studies and Semicha from Hebrew Theological College, as well as an MPA in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from Walden University.

Rena Yudkowsky, a professional memory coach and geriatric social worker, is the founder of Memory Matters. She teaches online memory improvement courses to mid-lifers and seniors. Over the past twenty years in the field, she has served as the director of an Alzheimer's unit in an assisted living facility in Maryland, the director of development at a senior enrichment program in Israel, trainer for dementia caregivers, facilitator of support groups, and international lecturer on aging topics.
Currently, she is a licensed brain health trainer by Dr. Amen, and does 1:1 memory coaching as well.
She is super passionate about her mission of helping those 50 + to age more healthfully, both physically and cognitively, as she empowers them to believe in their own memory with confidence.

Betty converted in 1980, had 5 children, moved to Baltimore in 1994 and worked as copy editor for the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS) for 18 years. Originally from the suburbs of Philadelphia , where she & her late husband helped establish a new kiruv community & shul, Sherri Zaslow has made Baltimore her home for 20+ years. Simhah Tamar is a language teacher is Sderot. She made Aaliyah in 2020 and survived through the October 7th bombing. Simhah’s parents are both Igbo, a African tribe considered to be descendents of shevet Gad. Brought over on slave ships, her family settled in America and adopted Christianity, to which she felt disconnected. Zahava List is the Founder and Director of Chazkeinu, an international mental health support network for Jewish women worldwide. Zahava is passionate about spreading mental health awareness and stopping the stigma associated with it. She suffers from bipolar, and experienced instances of post-partum psychosis. She lives with her husband Yaakov and four sons in Baltimore. While Zahava is out to save the world, Yaakov is trying to get through the day. He studies at Telshe Chicago and Rabbi Yaakov Friedman’s in Eretz Yisrael. He currently works in IT and is pursuing a degree in computer networking and cyber security. Shoshana Kruger has a degree in Education and has been teaching for over 40 years and has been the head counselor of Bais Yaakov and its camp for over 30 years. Her 101 year old mother, Sylvia Weiss,is a survivor of Auschwitz. She lives in Brooklyn, NY and her story of survival is a lesson in Emunah and miracles from Hashem. Her strong vibrant personality, and love for her family, are part of her living legacy. In 2008, Shoshana and her mother co-wrote Sylvia’s memoir “Selected From Above.”
