  • The train has pulled into the station. The one and only Jasmin St Claire comes in to hang with Greg and Chase. Noticeably missing is Jon B who is making his way through Asia on “vacation”.   Most people know Jasmin from her time in the adult industry back in the 1990’s when she shot to fame as "America's Most Controversial Sex Symbol.”  But this wild ride has been a professional wrestler, music journalist, tv host, main street actress, and now has her very own podcast titled Krazy Trian.   This ride has many twists and turns hitting on favorite cereals, where the best pizza is, and what it might take for her to come out of retirement. Bring your protection, Adults Only. Safety First. Enjoy It!

  • What a treat we had this week with Matthew’s Mother Ann joins us to give us all the inside scoop on her son, and what she really thinks about his career as a stand-up comedian, and not a scholar!  We can easily tell where the comic gene comes from and Ann doesn’t hold back!  This is an epic time talking about growing up in an uber educated household, what shaped Matthew’s comedic tone, and what it is going to take for Ann to finally be impressed. Enjoy it!

  • Michael Hutter aka Ethan Carter 3rd joins the show to fill us in on the incredibly exciting new wrestling show Control Your Narrative, that he launched with Adam Scherr aka Braun Strowman.  Their next live event happens over the big WrestleMania weekend in Dallas Texas on March 31st and EC3 tells us all about It and what you might expect from their shows.  Big things are happening.  We also chat about the similarities between wrestling and stand up comedy and the intersection of both.  Of course a healthy helping of food related chatter, and get ready for EC3 to describe his “cheat meal”. Its out of control.   To check out everything CYN hit up www.controlyournarrative.co and to follow EC3 on Instagram @therealec3

  • Just another loser with a dream checks in to the lab to chat with us about his podcast with legend Lisa Lampinelli and exactly why she is “mentoring” him.  Her charity is endless. But it’s working as Beau is gearing up for a Just For Laughs audition, that fingers crossed, he doesn’t blow.  We had a lot of laughs at his expense, and it’s clear from the chat that his podcast is out to help him, more than others.  Kidding aside, this gentle giant is legitimately one of the funniest new faces of comedy bouncing around NYC and you should catch him if you can. Which will be easy, as he starts off at a 3, and dials it back from there.   If you are in the Northeast, Beau regularly plays CT, RI, MA & NY and you can hear him every week on his podcast Losers with a Dream available on all platforms and on youtube.   For all things FP, LLC Beau can be found on the gram @beaumcdowellcomedy and we can be found atwww.somewhat-damaged.com

  • Just some good ‘ole boys, meaning no harm
or shall we say, wanting any.  The guys jump right in and talk about their excitement for the new Jackass movie, what their expectations are and reminisce about the old gawker videos they watched as kids.  Find out if Greg would rather stand in Times Square ala Impractical Jokers and say stuff to strangers, or get pushed down a hill in a shopping cart.  Going down the road feeling bad, might be the better title for this one, but it sure was fun!

  • You of course know Xia from her co-hosting gigs on the Chip Chipperson Podcast and the Erik Nagel Radio show and from things like Afterbuzz TV and Marvel Daily, so yeah, she isn’t just a pretty face
she has a doctorate in geekdom too!   We talked about growing up in Hawaii with a very “liberal” father, then Xia somehow gets Greg to talk about the time he was roofied in a NYC strip club.  There is a ton to unpack in this one and Xia is quite the sport for letting 3 immature boneheads stumble on each other.   Make sure to connect with her on Instagram @xia_land or her site www.xiaanderson.com and watch her awesome youtube Unqualified Experts show.

  • Finally getting a chance to catch up with Jeff, we recorded in person at the Stand UP NY upstairs podcast studio.  Jeff spends a lot of time cursing around and we bombard him with questions about life on the ship. Chase makes the boys tear up talking about his lifelong romance with New York City, which somehow it spirals into Greg telling the guys about a high school note passing experience that damaged him, and the girl who still leaves a mark.    It was good to finally get back into the studio to mix it up.  Positive Energy. Enjoy it!

  • Looking like Chase is hanging around, we went off again on cartoons and who didn’t watch what. We debate best television theme songs, and what is the best or most recognizable of all time. In the ongoing food chat, Chase drops a bomb about American cheese and Greg gets blank stares when trying to bring up his favorite flavors of ice cream.  Positive energy! These are their stories

  • Back for more, Chase is back and the boys press him on his licorice and Coke theory.  Is Chase here for good? We know he is the best host in NYC and the ring leader for our live shows, but can he hang long term with the constant talk about food and bad movies?  Time will tell.   This week we get deep into what the best #2’s are. Sequels. Sequels! Not sure there was a decisive winner, but listen to the debate and give us your feedback.   Make sure to rate/review/subscribe and follow the show everywhere and www.somewhat-damaged.com for all info on live shows, new episodes and connect with the guys!

  • Jon drops a bomb in a pre-episode chat.   Going back a few weeks to our chat with Anthony Scaramucci and the advice he and his chief of staff threw Jon's way - Mr. B's apparently, too - and took a hell of a chance on Thanksgiving. Give it a listen, and thanks to Anthony for the thoughts and encouragement on a very difficult topic that many people of all ages struggle with.  And as an added bonus, Greg goes off on the sauce v. gravy great debate.  Enjoy it!

  • Get a load of the New & Improved Somewhat Damaged!  We love it when a plan comes together. A good thing gets even better as Houston native, Chase Du(Mthfkn)Rousseau joins Damaged as what hopefully turns out to be a permanent fixture.  Already hosting our weekly live shows at Stand UP NY, it was natural to make Chase part of the pod.  We had a ton of fun talking mostly about food, learned some interesting things about licorice, and tried to dispel some rumors about Greg’s Topps baseball card. You be the judge (it’s on Instagram).  Enjoy it!  Follow Chase on the gram @chasedurousseau and make sure to rate/review/subscribe to us on your favorite platform. IG @somewhatdamagedpod @borromeo @thegregalicious and www.somewhat-damaged.com for all live show information.
