  • Josh Perry was born and raised in Cape Cod, MA. His father bought him his first BMX bike when he was just a kid and it almost immediately consumed his life. Josh worked tirelessly at perfecting his craft while his mother drove him all over the country for camps, sessions and competitions. At 17 years old Josh was given an opportunity to train with the best of the best, and though it was thousands of miles from home and he had not yet graduated high school, he didn't think twice and moved to Greenville, NC. Josh moved up to the professional level of competition quickly and was riding Dew Tours, X-Games and competing internationally at the highest possible level.

Josh felt as if everything he had been working for his entire life, and everything he had dreamed about was playing out in front of his eyes. He was only 21 years old and felt like he had everything. But, after a nasty crash, his life was threatened. Josh had hit his head and went to local urgent care to make sure something more serious wasn't happening. He had no damage from the crash, but there was a brain tumour taking up the left half of his brain. Immediate surgical removal was necessary. Josh came out okay and defied all odds by getting back on his bike only five weeks later.

That was in 2010. Now, almost a decade later Josh's life has shifted in some wonderful and very unexpected ways. After two more brain tumour diagnosis, he began researching health and nutrition. He was determined to prioritize his health and take the longevity of his life and the vitality of his brain into his own hands. Josh became certified through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as a health coach, became certified through Ketogenic.com as a Keto Specialist, read countless research articles, stacks of books and communicated with every expert he could.

All of Josh's research led him to cultivate a life where consciousness, love, health and happiness are his first priority. He takes full responsibility for his mental and physical state of being and he feels like a healthier, happier and more productive individual because he prioritizes his brain health. Josh's goal is to share the knowledge that he has gained with anyone who is ready to CHANGE! He wants the world to know how good they can feel by prioritizing their well being and making simple changes. He will do this continuously and tirelessly through supporting others to become empowered to consciously design their lives by optimizing their health and performance as well as public speaking, his podcast, and any content he creates.

Josh's goal in life is to impact the world the most positive way and leave it better, stronger and healthier than when he came into it.

  • Ben Fordham is a Walkley award-winning journalist who now hosts 2GB’s breakfast show, following Alan Jones’ retirement from the radio.

The switch to the breakfast program happened in June 2020 after Ben spent a decade as 2GB’s Drivetime host where he consistently topped the ratings.

Ben’s talents have been repeatedly recognised at the Australian Commercial Radio Awards, being awarded ‘Best Metropolitan Talk Presenter’ five times (2014, 2015, 2016, 2018 and 2019) and voted ‘Best Metropolitan Current Affairs Presenter’ in 2017.

Ben became the youngest reporter in history to win a Walkley award double in the same year.

He won a Walkley – Australia’s top award in journalism – for his coverage of the 1997 Thredbo landslide tragedy and a Reward – the top accolade in the Australian radio industry – for excellence in journalism.

Ben started working in radio aged 15 as a work experience kid on the Alan Jones Breakfast show at 2UE where he immediately fell in love with broadcasting. While completing his final years at high school, he worked weekends on the Continuous Call Team hosted by Ray Hadley.

He became a cadet reporter at 2UE in 1995 and then aged 20, was appointed as a political correspondent based at Parliament House, Canberra. It was during this stint where Ben formed an interest in politics and formed an extensive list of contacts.

In 1998 he spent a year at Sky News as a reporter and newsreader before being headhunted by Channel 9 a year later.

Since 1999 he’s worked on a range of programs at Nine including Today Show, A Current Affair, 60 Minutes and Australian Ninja Warrior.

Ben is married to Seven Network journalist Jodie Speers and they have a son Freddy and two daughters, Pearl and Goldie.

  • Najwa Zebian is a Lebanese-Canadian activist, author, speaker, and educator. Her passion for language was evident from a young age, as she delved into Arabic poetry and novels. The search for a home—what Najwa describes as a place where the soul and heart feel at peace—was central to her early years. When she arrived in Canada at the age of sixteen, she felt unstable and adrift in an unfamiliar place. Nevertheless, she completed her education and went on to become a teacher as well as a doctoral candidate in educational leadership. Her first students, a group of young refugees, led her back to her original passion: writing. She began to heal her sixteen-year-old self by writing to heal her students. Since self-publishing her first collection of poetry and prose in 2016, Najwa has become an inspiration to millions of people worldwide. Najwa has become a trailblazing voice for women everywhere and was name-dropped by the New York Times and CBS News, among others. She has also creatively collaborated with Google, RBC, Kohls and Cirque du Soleil. Drawing on her own experiences of displacement, discrimination, and abuse, Najwa uses her words to encourage others to build a home within themselves; to live, love, and create fearlessly.

  • "I’m Alexi Panos, and I am an artist of life. Some would label me an Impact Entrepreneur, others would say I’m a Thought Leader, Author or Speaker, and most would say I’m a BOSS MAMA to the cutest twins and a toddler (3 under 3)…but I believe it is all just amazing forms of ART. Through my art, I am insanely committed to empowering others to activate and own their greatness and live a life they are completely OBSESSED with. I am on a mission to reinvent “personal development” into what my hubby and I call the EMERGENT WISDOM MOVEMENT–creating a container of transformational work that elicits remembrance of what we’ve always known…and who we’ve always known we are."

  • Most of you probably know me as DJ Tigerlily, but now you'll know that my real name is Dara; a DJ, Producer and Wellness enthusiast.

I'm your every day Aussie girl, ocean-loving, yoga doing, health and wellness enthusiast who wears activewear on a daily basis. I grew up in Maroubra Beach, Sydney, for me this will always be my happy place and growing up here helped stem who I am today and my love for nature and health.

My love for dance music developed as a teenager when I started to go clubbing and I felt like I found a place where I belonged. Since becoming a DJ, I have been lucky enough to play to tens of thousands of people all over the world, from Australia, Asia, Europe and the USA, a dream come true!A question I get asked A LOT is where the name Tigerlily came from. In a nutshell, like many kids I wanted to be a pop star when I grew up, anyone else like me and thought their lives looked amazing? Cause I sure did! I would always make my sisters and friends join me in singing along to all the best pop tunes back then and making up dance routines. Tigerlily was always my pop star name and I suppose a DJ is the modern pop star.

I'm one of those people who LOVES what they do and am so grateful to be working in a time where my career can involve multiple things that I love; from music, health & fitness and inspiring others. I get to work with amazing brands, collaborate with creative individuals and business’ and meet so many new and like-minded people. I am signed to Universal Music Australia and am lucky to work with brands that I strongly believe in and love; from Tropeaka and JBL to also being a proud ambassador for lifeline, PETA and RUOKAY day.

I love the audience that I have developed over time, and my journey would not have happened if it wasn’t for you guys. I want to continue this journey with you all, and continue working on my own projects as well as projects with brands, business’ and individuals who inspire, teach and motivate young people in more ways than one. I'm a strong believer that you should take those risks and opportunities that come your way, live a life that in 20 years time you won’t look back and regret. GET OUT THERE AND DO IT I SAY!

This website is all about sharing my passion for music, wellbeing and fitness and to help inspire others to do what they love and live their best life.

  • EPISODE 100! & 1 Year of The Story Box Podcast and I couldn't think of a more special guest than Dr Edith Eger a 93-year-old Holocaust Survivor. Here story will shake you to the core, but also challenge and inspire you.

A native of Hungary, Edith Eva Eger was just a teenager in 1944 when she experienced one of the worst evils the human race has ever known. As a Jew living in Nazi-occupied Eastern Europe, she and her family were sent to Auschwitz, the heinous death camp. Her parents were sent to the gas chambers but Edith’s bravery kept her and her sister alive.  Toward the end of the war, Edith and other prisoners had been moved to Austria. On May 4, 1945, a young American soldier noticed her hand moving slightly amongst a number of dead bodies. He quickly summoned medical help and brought her back from the brink of death.

After the war, Edith moved to Czechoslovakia where she met the man she would marry. In 1949 they moved to the United States. In 1969 she received her degree in Psychology from the University of Texas, El Paso. She then pursued her doctoral internship at the William Beaumont Army Medical Center at Fort Bliss, Texas.

Dr Eger is a prolific author and a member of several professional associations. She has a clinical practice in La Jolla, California and holds a faculty appointment at the University of California, San Diego. She has appeared on numerous television programs including CNN and the Oprah Winfrey Show, and was the primary subject of a holocaust documentary that appeared on Dutch National Television. She is frequently invited to speaking engagements throughout the United States and abroad.

  • Maybe you don’t know Rob Paulsen, but you know Pinky and the Brain, Animaniacs, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Jimmy Neutron Boy Genius, and most of the other animated projects that Paulsen has been part of as a voice actor for nearly three decades.  With over 2,000 (yes, that’s right) half-hour programs and dozens of films, video games, and other animated media to his credit, Paulsen has been one of the hardest working, most in-demand, and most beloved voice artists in the industry, earning (so far) a Daytime Emmy and Peabody, three times winning the Annie Award (for voice actors). But he’s also just won the biggest fight of his life – defeating cancer of the throat after a gruelling year of aggressive treatment – and with a renewed passion for his craft, he’s finding some new challenges and some old familiar faces there to guide him into the next phase of his career.  In addition to continuing his immensely popular podcast and video series Talkin’ Toons on Nerdist, and having just set a slew of new dates for Animaniacs In Concert! which is performed with live music and voices in symphony halls and theatres. The other franchise with which Paulsen has been associated for two generations – Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles – will also return, with Paulsen for the first time assuming the role of director, getting to work on the other side of the glass.
