Kids & Family – Canada – New podcasts

  • What makes you a heretic? Journalist Andrew Gold believes that, in an age of group-think and tribes, we need heretics - those who use unconventional wisdom to speak out against their own groups, from cancelled comedians and radical feminists to cult defectors and vigilantes hunting deviants.

Learn from my guests how to rebel, think differently and resist social contagion. From Triggernometry's Francis Foster and the world's most cancelled man Graham Linehan to ex-Hasidic Jew Julia Haart and gender critical atheist Richard Dawkins. These are the people living with the weight of their own community's disappointment on their shoulders.

  • Hosted by Denny Carter, the Dad Szn Show explores a range of issues faced by 21st century dads trying to do right by their kids and their partners.

  • Born Identity creates a space to both share and hear real birth stories from real people and explores how these experiences shape who we are.

  • For over 25 years, Dr. Rick Solomon, a developmental and behavioral pediatrician, and founder of The P.L.A.Y. Project, has witnessed the course of life for hundreds of children, adolescents, and young adults with autism and their families. In this podcast series Autism: 10 Lessons for the Course of Life, Dr. Rick shares his insights but, more importantly, he interviews and invites the families—parents, siblings, and those children and young adults with autism—to share their amazing insights and how they’ve navigated the stages of their journeys. These interviews are touching, deep, and authentic. The families really tell it like it is. Throughout each of the episodes we hope to give you practical advice using the 10 lessons as our themes so that your child, adolescent, or young adult with autism can grow, make progress, live a meaningful life, and reach a level of development that is their potential whatever that may be.

  • Welcome to "When Millennials Become Moms," covering all aspects of parenting, pregnancy, postpartum care, nutrition, and non-toxic living. Dr. Natasha Beck, also known as Dr. Organic Mommy, is a public health and parenting expert. She founded Dr. Organic Mommy to assist every parent in making healthy decisions for themselves and their families.
During her early career in clinics, she observed the significant impact of diet on children's health. Her determination grew when her first child was hospitalized for 29 days, fueling her frustration with marketing schemes and the lack of regulation and transparency in the consumer product industry. Implementing non-toxic changes in her life, she began educating others about her journey. She continues her research and exploration with "When Millennials Become Moms." Along with her co-host and Dr. Organic Mommy co-founder Emily Raiber, they engage with leading experts, share personal struggles, and navigate the vast amount of information available. They aim to simplify the complexities of modern motherhood, which is very different from the era when baby boomers were raising children.

Hey, I’m KyAnn. A mom, wife, and Jesus lover. For too many years, I let my habits just sort of happen without much intention or thought. I was chasing business success, achievements, and hustle culture that stole my time and mental health so I didn’t have any extra energy to devote to building intentional habits that kept my priorities in the right order. I finally realized that if I was ever going to find freedom from constant burnout and overwhelm, I had to find simple systems to serve me in the season I was in. I created daily rhythms that reflected what mattered most to me and helped me consistently accomplish what needed to get done in my home and life. With small steps that built over time so I could actually stick with it for longer than three days. A lifestyle that made my days as a stay at home mom balancing building a business in the cracks of my day manageable and inspiring again. And now I’m ready to share it all with you!

If you are ready to finally find a routine that works for you…solutions to find more peace and less overwhelm in your days as a busy mom…systems that give you your time back, help you to be more present with the people you love most, and clear up your chronic brain fog-this podcast is for you!
