  • This week’s podcast is an unusual one!
Many thanks to Delamere for sponsoring this podcast.

They tried to make me go to Rehab! I said Yes!

Janey has often been asked over the years about facilities for those who want more support, and has not found anywhere that she can recommend. Her understanding was that most rehabilitation facilities are solely 12 step based and often don’t get the best results. She was approached by Delamere, the first ever purpose built facility in the Uk, and when she heard about their approach, using mindfulness, yoga, therapeutic treatments, equine therapy and even family constellations she was intrigued!

Janey went to Delamere to see for herself, interviewed the founder and CEO Martin Preston, some of the staff and a former guest who is now Happy Healthy and Sober

    More info https://delamere.com/

It’s a fascinating insight into the power of the holistic approach to recovery
