This episode is a very simple guided practice for manifesting the life you want, softening and connecting with your inner desires.
Tune in before bed and notice the thoughts and desired that drop in for you
Selling up, moving house, letting go and trusting the timing. Episode 183 of the podcast is a casual Instagram story style chat all about Leaning into a “wintering” and objectively zooming out to see what is working and what isn’t. Sometimes in life we hold onto things with the best intentions but the white knuckling or holding on too tightly can change things. It can create such narrow tunnel vision.
There are times we have to (get to) pivot.
Episode 180 is a conversation with the incredibly talented Author, Jessie Stephens. Jessie’s debut novel is a book I could not put down. It is a story of three people moving through the world with broken hearts, for different reasons.
Jessie and I chat about
+ Choosing the wrong person
+ Coping with heartbreak
+ The humiliation of a failed relationship
+ The intense pain
+ Why as a society we need to consider how we honour the end of a relationship
+ Heartbreak for men
+ The writing process and the sacred honour of holding secrets
+ Why Jessie just had to write this book and much more.

Episode 170 is a conversation about domestic abuse with award winning investigative journalist and author, Jess Hill. One in four Australian women has experienced abuse from a man she was intimate with. All too often we collectively are asking the wrong question. We ask “why doesn’t she leave?”. We need to ask “why does he do it?”
‘See What You Made Me Do’ is a deep dive into the insidious world of domestic abuse. Jess explores the perpetrators, the systems and the often predictable path. See what you made me do rethinks the term domestic abuse, confronts the national crisis and peels back the layers to reveal early warning signs.
This is an incredibly important topic to explore. We discuss abuse in this conversation. It may not be suitable listening for all.
