With the help of two educated holistic nutritionists and a great Chiropractor, she was able to bring her body back to balance without the use of any medication. Today she lives in Charleston SC, with her husband and two babies. She continues to work with clients to support them on their journeys to healthier & happier lives.

This week we welcome the newest member of the PE department Mr Adam Rolston. Mr Rolston joined the team due to some enforced absences for both myself and Mr Reid (we are both okay!) and will be joining the school until the end of the year. Having only worked with Mr Rolston for a short period of time, it is clear he has some âpodcast worthyâ stories to share and we are going to dive into some of these in more detail.
The one that will take up most of our focus is when Mr Rolston shot to stardom with his role in a Guiness World Record attempt and film documentary that came with it; âThe Longest Hole â Golfing Across Mongoliaâ, Having watched the feature film this weekend, it certainly impressed me for a number of reasons â we are going to dive into this today!
In summary, Mr Rolston covered the width of Mongolia hitting a golf ball, which took him the best part of 12 weeks to complete. His adventure also saw him temporarily adopt a dog called UB, who has a key role in the film documentary. This is a fascinating story about an incredible World Record attempt - we hope you enjoy the story!
If you are interested in watching the film, you can find it on Amazon Prime for rent:

We have an absolute treat for you this week.
On this episode we talk to Colin Lyall, who back in 2007, completed 250km of running across the Sahara Desert. He has also raised half a million pounds for a UK based charity called Small Steps, completing 5 running events in 5 years with his friends from the construction industry, who call themselves the Sandblasters.
That was only the beginning of his story. In 2013, Colin suffered a stroke which resulted in him having aphasia. For those who arenât aware aphasia is a condition that takes away your ability to communicate. It can affect your ability to speak, write and understand language both verbal & written.
Rather than dwelling on the situation, Colin used his condition to help found the "Say Aphasia Charity", giving him a new purpose in life and goals to achieve. He has since returned to running and other inspirational feats that we talk about in more depth in the episode.
This is a story of determination and positivity, that any obstacle can be overcome with the support of friends and family. What an episode - enjoy!
