Keep an Open Mind and say 'YES'
Practice it and you'll get excited!!
Everyone loves to share ideas with open minded people. However, I hear from many CEO's or managers that team members are resistant.
The truth is most are not aware they are being resistant to ideas or change.
โ Stop Justifying and resist standing still
โ Practice it and you'll start getting excited
โ Move forward for progress
Stop self sabotaging and start growing.
๐ธ First say YES....then figure how to do it
๐ธ Ask questions 5 W (Why, When, Where, Who, What) for greater understanding ๐
๐ธ Listen to understand
๐ธ Evaluate
๐ธ Keep an open heart and listen with your heart
๐ธTreat your job as if it was your first day!!

Replace office gossip with positive communication that support your workplace and You ๐
Did you know employees lose 2.8hrs/week due to conflict?
We all know gossip is negative and even complain about it. We simply get in habits that are not helpful. Office gossip:
- Reduce trust and respect
- Diminish effective communication
- Lower collaboration
- Decrease productivity & innovation
- Initiate conflict
- Reduce teamwork
- Lead to more misunderstandings
Many bosses, managers, and CEO's experience the negative impact. You can break the cycle by taking small steps to break old habits and replace it with new habits that actually serve you.
โ Start with practicing the habit yourself
โ Avoid blaming or finger pointing
โ Change topic of conversation
โ Suggest a three way phone or video call to clear or stop the issue at hand
โ State your personal habit/goal, not to talk about someone when they are not present
Remember small steps create huge impact!!
