  • Tricia Barker experienced a profound near-death experience during her senior year of college at
the University of Austin after getting into a car wreck and going into surgery. At the time, Tricia
did not consider herself a religious or spiritual person in the least, but everything changed that
day. Her near-death experience story has been featured on I Survived: Beyond and Back, National
Geographic Magazine, Simple Grace Magazine, Women’s World Magazine, and The Doctor Oz Show.
Years after her Near-Death Experience, Tricia moved to South Korea to teach and experienced
deep sexual trauma when she was brutally raped, and then dismissed by law enforcement. In her
memoir, she dives deep into how her insights into life after death were instrumental in her ability
to heal her heart and her mind, and how the courage humans must exhibit to truly live in our
bodies is incredibly powerful. She wrote all about it in her memoir, Angelsin the OR: What Dying
Taught Me About Healing, Survival, and Transformation. Tricia also interviews healers and NDE-ers
on her YouTube Channel, “Be the Light of Your Own Healing.”

    ● The details of Tricia’s NDE, including the verifiable details that would have been impossible
to know while she was unconscious in surgery.
    ● The mission Tricia received while in her NDE that defied her current path.
    ● The beings of light or “angels” that Tricia met in the OR and what they communicated to
    her.
    ● The experience of unconditional love, and why it makes her emotional to talk about even
    to this day.
    ● The intuitive and energetic “gifts” that she returned with that sometimes she wished she
    didn’t have.
    ● The gifts Tricia returned with and the healing she found in supporting her father as he
    passed away.
    ● How she used her insight into life beyond the physical to help heal herself from sexual
    trauma that occurred years later.

  • Soon after completing her graduate studies in psychology, Dr. Sharon Prentice found
the world of secular psychology lacking-her patients needed “something more”. So,
she set out to investigate and explore alternative methods in the field of mental
health that would incorporate that “something special” she believed existed in each
and every individual soul. Her journey would take her through the great religions of
the world as well as to a discovery of ancient, time-proven alternatives to modern
therapeutic models of counseling. She is the author of the bestselling book
“Becoming Starlight: A Shared Death Journey from Darkness to Light” which
attempts to answer the question “Is this all there is?” She now primarily works with terminally ill
patients and their families to help them transition with more love, truth, and surrender.

  • Thomas M. Jones is a psychotherapist, author, musician, and founder of an innovative
technique, The Paradox Process, which employs negative thoughts in order to produce a
perception polarization…essentially how to change your life by learning to direct your mind. In
the world of medicine, his approach would be described as a renegade, however, the proof is
    inarguable.
Thomas has been highly successful in his work for the last 40 years with a clientele that
includes CEO’s, television journalists, Tony Award-winning performers, doctors, musicians,
artists, health coaches, social workers, psychologists and business professionals across the
globe. Jones has shown them how to strategize for success in every area of their lives from
manifesting the career of their dreams, to achieve intimate, loving, lasting relationships.

    We jive about:
    ● How thoughts create their own virtual reality
    ● Creating a flash of insight at will
    ● Taking the power back from everything you have given it away to
    ● Clearing the emotional charge from traumatic events
    ● The problem with focusing too much on your past, even with healing modalities
    ● Identifying the experience you want before identifying the outcome you want
    ● Rewriting a traumatic story into an empowering story
    ● Why the human condition isn’t personal
    ● The importance of letting emotional energy flow through you & noticing without
    identification

This week, we are diving into self-sabotage again big time.

    I speak about:
    ● A tricky, sneaky self-sabotaging attitude that can be easy to overlook.
    ● Why entitlement is an easy default when we feel vulnerable taking action, or when our
shame and fear has been poked.
    ● How entitlement stood in the way and my creating powerfully within my business and
impact and how I got out of my own way.
    ● The distinction between being worthy of our desires and deserving them.
    ● Understanding how victimization can play a role in our disempowerment, and taking the
power back means taking self-responsibility back.

    I speak about:
    ● The nature of human behavior and what we MUST know before we try to change our
    own.
    ● The lessons parenting has taught me about self-sabotage.
    ● The extreme similarities between small children and our inner-saboteurs.
    ● Why attempting to dominate or telling your inner saboteur to shut up will actually
increase their power and create exhausting power struggles.
    ● The important lesson I learned when hijacked by self-sabotage that actually led to the
    creation of the podcast.
    ● The parallels between conscious parenting and dealing with our own saboteurs.
