  • This week's episode is a solo show! Although I have quite a few amazing guests lined up for the next few weeks, I'm interrupting regular programming to share what's on my heart.

I am sharing more about what it means to say "yes." Whether we realize it or not, whenever we say "yes" to one thing, we are also saying "no" to another. Saying "yes" is all about tradeoffs and we want our decisions to reflect our values. So today I am being vulnerable about what this means in my life, and also sharing wisdom about what this means as a woman of faith.
