  • Based in Amsterdam Anneke, of Network Yoga Therapy, is the bridge builder between yoga and mental health. Anneke shares her incredible and moving story about how yoga found her in her teenage years. With over 20 years experience as a psychiatric nurse yoga this led her to become a yoga teacher, and on to specialise in yoga for those with mental health issues and who have experienced trauma, as a yoga therapist. The Mohan family of Svastha yoga has played a huge part of her journey and she now leads their trainings in the Netherlands.
