    Our Guest: Cameron Nixon

    Cameron Nixon is a research scientist, storm chaser, and photographer. Following his experience on April 9th, 2015, he discovered his purpose to better understand these storms. He recently graduated with a Ph.D. in Earth and Ecosystem Science from Central Michigan University in 2023. Cameron has, in a relatively short time, risen in the community as a wizard in reading and educating on hodographs and studying deviant tornadoes.

    Our Guest: Alan Sealls

    Alan Sealls, a mainstay of Mobile television for nearly 25 years as a meteorologist at WKRG and WPMI, will retire from the airwaves this month. Sealls was a fixture of WKRG for 20 years, where he was chief meteorologist before his departure in 2019. In November 2019, Sealls returned to the Mobile airwaves, joining WPMI as chief meteorologist. Besides his work in Mobile, Sealls’ other high-profile television jobs included stints at NBC and WGN in Chicago and WTMJ-TV & Radio in Milwaukee.

    Tom Niziol is the Winter Weather Expert for Fox Weather. Prior to that he spent 32 years of his life at the National Weather Service, first as a forecaster, then Science and Operations Officer and finally Meteorologist-In-Charge at the NWS office in Buffalo, NY. He received his B.S. in meteorology from SUNY Oswego in 1977.

    Mike Olbinski

    Mike Olbinski calls himself a storm-chasing wedding photographer. He's based out of Phoenix, Arizona, and when he's not shooting weddings, he's chasing storms across the desert southwest and the Central Plains. Mike creates amazing time-lapse films a few times a year. His work has been seen across the world, in commercials, documentaries, magazines and even films.
