Bio of Pastor Eliasib Fajardo provided by the Columbia Union. In 2001 Fajardo, a native of Mexico, received a bachelor’s degree in theology at Montemorelos University (Mexico). From 2002–07, he pastored three churches in the Potomac Conference: the Washington Spanish church in Silver Spring, Md., the Beltsville (Md.) Spanish church and the Oxon Hill (Md.) Spanish church. He was also the Hispanic Youth Ministries coordinator for Potomac from 2004–07.In 2009 he received his Master of Divinity from the Seventh-day Adventist Theological Seminary (Mich.) and became the senior pastor of three churches: the Arlington (Va.) Spanish, the Metro NOVA Spanish church, also in Arlington, and the Sterling (Va.) Spanish church. While managing three churches, he was also the Hispanic Youth Ministries associate director for the Potomac Conference, and later the Camp Ministries director. His background in social media, videography and filming has prepared him for his new role, as, by God’s grace, he attempts to reach the young people in New Jersey.“My goal is to live, love and serve God, as He did for me. My primary goal is to have a close relationship with Jesus and walk with Him,” says Fajardo. “I believe that wisdom comes from above in order to minister and empower others. I recognize that I should care primarily for my family, so they can also be ready to meet Him. I choose to imitate Him in whatever I do. Through my example and influence, I want to make people Jesus’ disciples. I have a strong passion to empower young people to share the gospel of Jesus.”Fajardo and his wife, Yerusi, have three children.--- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/youthministrymentor/support

Paulthanise Jeanty has learned to be selfless, inspiring, and God-centered throughout her life. Born on the 1st of February in Miami, FL she always had a loving heart where she would put others needs before hers. Over the years Paulthanise grew to become a great leader, not only within her family but within her church, conference, school, and community. Through her actions she inspired others to be the best version of themselves and she never hesitated lending a helping hand to help them mentally, spiritually, or physically. She also became the first young youth to be an assistant secretary for (FeJAH) Federation de la Jeunesse Adventiste Haitienne for two years. Attending Oakwood University was always her dream but instead she started at a local community college in her hometown to help her family & save. As she continued in her life Paulthanise made sure her family was always priorities. She loves spending quality time, singing, and learning something new about the word of God and cherished every moment of it.

The bio from Pr. Osorio
Hi, I am Jonathan Osorio For many years I was UNDERESTIMATED (looked down upon) at Church, at School, at Sports, around friends & family. Which caused me for many years to question my existence and the existence of God. Why am I even here? Is there really a God? What is my purpose in Life? What difference do I make? Who am I? Maybe you find yourself right now right there. Years later, I would find out that from these dark moments and experiences in life, God would use all of it to be able to relate and Inspire. I realized my why in life is to be an INSPIRATION to the NEXT GENERATION. I have a huge passion to INSPiRE the NEXT GENERATION. To Inspire means to speak life. For Youth and Youth Leaders to have an encounter, experience and relationship with Jesus. Second, To awaken You to see your God given potential, to share with you a Heavenly perspective and position you to be all God has called you to be.
