Kolby Kay joins us to get raw on what being real on social media actually means. He shares a rags-to-riches-back-to-rags-and-then-back-to-riches story you’ll have to hear to believe. We deconstruct some prevalent myths about hustle, finding real purpose, and what it’s like to work from a place of boots-on-the-ground alignment with your core values. In my opinion, this interview is gritty, honest and full of the value and generosity that Kolby personifies.

Simon as been in the world of high stakes international consulting and sales processes for over 25 years, and now he is moving into serving “small to medium enterprises”. He specializes in creating models to simplify extremely complicated things. If that doesn’t capture your attention, it should.
He helps coaches to refine and clarify who they are, what they do, and how they do it, so that finding and serving better clients at a much higher level becomes easy. I had no idea going into this interview, how blown away I was going to be coming out of it. I recommend listening once for the sheer pleasure of it, and again for the incredible value and insight Simon brings. -
