Psychedelics and homeopathy have an interesting resonant history: from the first 'trip' of LSD as an accidental proving, its origins in chemical components that are found in Ergot- or the homeopathic remedy, Secale- to Dr. Humphrey Osmond, a London psychiatrist who later mentored a homeopathic doctor of 42 years, it's a strange coincidence.

I've wanted to interview the spouse of a homeopath for awhile, and it finally dawned on me... I had one in my own home!
In this behind the scenes interview, Mr. Kelly Callahan shares his experience of being married to a homeopath (me!). Mr. Callahan and I talk homeopathy and complexity and life and work everyday, which might be unique to us, but maybe not. In anycase, we decamped to our deck on a balmy March Sunday afternoon in Maine and recorded one of our conversations to share with you.Maybe it's what it's like to be married to a homeopath...but maybe it's more about what it's like to be married to THIS homeopath, and THIS consultant, biker, musician, and friend.
We had fun... hope you do too. -

My guest, Carol Boyce, is a British homeopath, teacher, activist, filmmaker, and then some. She's been traveling around the world on behalf of homeopathy since graduating in 1985.
Carol speaks with me today about the recent attacks on homeopathy and homeopaths in the UK, and where it call started.
Check out her new organization, Homeopathy International :
"..we support other international organisations in their fight to retain patient access to homeopathic medicine.
We enable patients, who want to exercise their right to choose homeopathy, to find well-trained homeopaths.
We provide the public with the facts about homeopathy so they can understand its potential as a viable alternative, and explain the ongoing threat at work to prevent patient access to this safe, effective, sustainable system of medicine."Read her articles about the efforts against homeopathy here:
