In this episode, let’s look at how leaders can inspire people to change and to engage in meaningful ways.

When I create content, I use a method that allows me to preserve my personal touch while utilising AI tools like ChatGPT. Truth be told, I was hesitant at first to use ChatGPT for content creation because I felt it often made everything sound robotic, stripping away the signature touch of the writer/creator. However, I recently decided to give it a try, and so far, I’ve written just a couple of posts using this method. It’s still early days, but I guess I have found a way to make it work for me while keeping my unique style intact.

It’s funny what algorithms make us do. Or sad, maybe. And day by day, it worsens.
You might have a straightforward message for the world—your story, an insight, something you’ve learned and want to share. But the algorithms turn it into a competition. It’s no longer about the message itself but about how it compares to what others are sharing. And once it becomes a competition, you have to play by the rules—the rules set by social media platforms and their creators. And then, you also got to fight the cheap dopamine stuff. So, what’s the way forward for us creators? Listen to the latest episode of Criyatmakam podcast with Vineeth Vinnie.

Inspiration can be found anywhere. The problem is in that it doesn’t usually affect us in such a way that it triggers the creativity. In this video, I rant about how to overcome it.
-
When you first create something—be it writing, a video, or any form of art—it's likely that only five or ten people will notice it. Even as you reach your hundredth creation, your creative journey might still feel quite solitary.
Accept this reality, and if your experience turns out to be different, consider it a pleasant surprise.
If your work hasn't yet found an audience that appreciates it, several factors might be at play:
The right people who would value your work may not be in your current circle. Algorithms might not have directed your work to those who would care. People might not yet grasp what you're trying to convey. Trust in you and your work may still need to be established. So, keep creating. Publish your work. Experiment and seek to improve.
I hope this book inspires you to find the courage to pursue your creative passions.
With love,

Showing up is allowing the magic to happen. That’s where possibilities begin.

We can’t live a peaceful life by seeking out comfort and skipping all the discomfort. In fact, the causes for most of our pains and problems can be found in what we turn to for immediate comfort.
-
In our lives, we don't bring changes that we need. We don't achieve things that we need. In both cases, it's about whether we want it or not. 🎯

Dare to be boring. Dare to be interesting.
💡 Don't carry the weight of making every moment exciting or enjoyable on your shoulders; it's not sustainable and might lead to neglecting self-care. Lasting relationships often blossom when you allow yourself to be 'boring.' Embrace it! Dare to be boring.🌻
🌟 Now, standing out and being interesting isn't about making others seem dull. It's not necessarily about being less than authentic; it can be about being more than authentic. The world deserves the best of you, just as you deserve the best from it. Dare to be interesting! 🚀 -
A thought on Happiness
Don't skip the small joys on the pursuit of happiness. To be able to feel the joys, whether the small ones or the big ones, is sort of like a skill.
If you have never felt a small joy in life and are waiting for a big happiness, you will most likely fail to see it and feel it - when the moment arrives.
Practice pausing and feeling the small joys now. Work out to strengthen the 'happiness muscles'.

On Vision
Whether we realise it or not, we all have a vision for our future, and, maybe, for the world as well. What is it that we want, and don't want. What world we want to, or don't want to live in. We sort of have a feeling about this.
But you haven't probably tried to bring clarity on what your feelings are telling you. You may have even ignored your feelings.
I'm stressing on feelings because vision is as much a feeling thing as an intellectual thing. Probably, even more.
The effort to figure out your vision - based on feelings, insights, awareness and experiences, and to put it into words can be really powerful. You may not come up with the best results in the beginning, but even the effort can bring more clarity and conviction in your life journey. Without a verbalized vision, or at least the effort to do it, life is even more confusing and obscure and less meaningful. When you have a 'somewhat' clear vision, things are clearer. Choices are easier to make. Decision making isn't as much a pain.
With the content I create and curate here, I hope to help you bring clarity to your vision.
