Yea... I know every day of the week already has like 20 thousand things it already is. Taco Tuesday is also Tech Tuesday and probably Tornado Tuesday... it's not important lol.

Today we talk about how we "talk" to ourselves. How we communicate in our own mind about the world and ideas has a MAJOR impact on how we FEEL, and therefore how we ACT. -
When we speak to others, we often leave out important details. I'm going to tell you about the idea of "deletion" and what it means in your life.
Then I'll give you 2 reliable strategies to help combat the effects of deletion, so you can live a much fuller, happier life :) -
We all have certain aspects of our life we want to improve: it could be our relationships, our career, our hobbies, or something else.
When we set goals to IMPROVE these areas, it's super important that we understand if our goals will be HELPFUL (and allow us to grow) or HURTFUL (and cause us to shrink).
And if they're HURTFUL, how do we adjust them to be HELPFUL?
