Initially mistaking (mis-diagnosing?) my show for a food/cooking podcast, Dr. Gutman quickly embraced the true essence of 50 Tastes Of Gray – yes, we're food-forward around here, yet rely upon deeply stimulating and engaging conversation. In preparation for her appearance (you can tell she did her homework), Amy delved into the world of Keto, aligning with my Keto/Carnivore lifestyle, and responded positively to my thumbs-up response to her excitement as "#KetoSexy" which she absolutely loved.

International Clown Week is celebrated every August 1 to 7 to recognize the efforts clowns across the world put in just to make people laugh.
Yes, clowning around is not a piece of cake and you have to be pretty talented to be able to make a crowd of people laugh. Bryan (aka "Bullseye The Clown") was my first clown, and I enjoyed his company quite a lot.
As a young person he was bullied and abused, and has come to a point in his life where he wishes to give back, pay it forward, help people to feel good, to eat... to laugh.
