Your weekly podcast for a world in flux.
Globalization and climate change. The rise of social media and the decline and fall of Blockbuster Video. AI and VR. Donald Trump and Flat Earthers. The world is changing so fast that we can't get a grip on how we got here, let alone where we're headed.
Join Ben Charland as he peels back the headlines to ask, what are the events, characters, forces and ideas that shape the human story today? Have things always been this nuts, or are they getting crazier by the day? Who were those barbarians that took down the Blockbuster Empire? Just what on Earth is going on? -
Dr. Alaa Murabit is a UN High-Level Commissioner on health, employment, and economic growth. She is one of 17 globally United Nations Sustainable Development Goal advocates, as well as a medical doctor and women's rights champion and strategist.
She has traveled the world and met people who are leaders in their own industries. From names that we know to names that we don't, there are people who have championed inclusive leadership more than anything else.
At The Table is a collection of in-depth conversations and interviews with leaders in all industries. It's looking at how we create systems and structures and communities and selves that really represent what we need in the world today.
It's called At The Table because the single most important thing is for us to create and cultivate spaces. We invite you to connect with, to learn from, and to teach one another about the importance of inclusive leadership. We want to make sure sure that when you are at any table you are bringing somebody with you, an idea with you, or a perspective with you that isn't already there. -
Created and hosted by award-winning journalist Farai Chideya, Our Body Politic is unapologetically centered on reporting on not just how women of color experience the major political events of today, but how they're impacting those very issues. Weekly episodes feature in-depth conversations about the economy, health, politics, education, the environment, and the most prescient issues—because all issues are women's issues. Tune in every Friday everywhere you listen to podcasts, and on public radio stations around the country.

Power of the Streets is a podcast about how we speak truth to power. In a series of intimate interviews, host Audrey Kawire Wabwire brings us the achievements and stories of the young people driving Africa’s human rights movement. In our first season we're hearing from some of the people who are rising up and leading the #MeToo movement in Africa. Everyone we speak to has a second, a minute, an hour, when they realize they need to stand up and make a change.

The ah nah: Conversations with Myanmar podcast was born from a desire to bring into public consciousness the atrocities that are currently being committed in Myanmar (also known as Burma). Our goal is simply to keep the conversation going and to let the people of Myanmar know that they have not been forgotten. We hope that through these conversations we can tell the stories of Myanmar and highlight the horrific human rights abuses that continue to be perpetrated by the Tatmadaw (military), under the watch of the UN and the international community in 2021 (yes, this is happening in 2021!) With so many amazing people both inside and outside the country working hard to fight for freedom and basic human rights, we want to offer a platform for these voices to be heard. Some have been fighting this cause for decades, others are just beginning to raise their voice. Through these informative and inspiring conversations we aim to give hope to the people of Myanmar, that they will one day experience real change and finally live freely and in peace.
