  • In this episode, I explore what attracts narcissists. Despite common belief, narcissists are attracted to everyone - not just empaths. Empaths are often groomed to normalize and accommodate narcissistic people. Therefore, it's not surprising that they often find themselves surrounded by more toxic people. • In this episode, I discuss other causes of personality disorders, or behavioral changes that are similar to personality disorder traits. These issues can cause volatile, manipulative, impulsive, and in some cases violent behavior. • Romance scams are rising through the use of online dating apps and social media. People are being targeted for money, sex, resources, and affiliations by people who they fall in love with but have no idea who they really are. The scammer lives multiple lives and often discards one victim after the other, leaving a trail of destruction. You often find out how much they don't care for you after they are long gone and have ruined your finances. By the time you wake up to the scam, they are already on to the next victim. No one is exempt from this scam, and people who are vulnerable, elderly, successful, and celebrities are often targeted.

  • In this episode, I discuss men who identify as heterosexual, living a secret homosexual life. This episode explores the implication of men hiding their sexual orientation and living a double life. Further, I review how these men show in relationships with women and men, and cause them psychological and physical harm. • In honor of National Pride Month, I explore how toxic homoerotica shows up in heterosexual female friendships. Women who develop a romantic attraction towards their friend, become obsessed with their friend's life. They are jealous of their friend's romantic interest, and other friends. They want to keep their friend all to themselves, and will lash out towards their friend if there is a threat of anyone else becoming the priority. A good movie for reference is Single White Female.

  • In this podcast, I discuss the difference between no-contact, low-contact, and grey rocking with a narcissist. I take a deep dive into when it's appropriate for you to go no-contact versus low-contact. I also discuss the parameters around grey rocking and why it shouldn't be used long-term unless absolutely necessary. None of these methods should be used to punish the abuser or to get them to contact you more.
