  • 2024 has been a year of big lessons, small wins, and plenty of messy moments. In this episode, I’m sharing the top takeaways from my own life, my work with clients, and the themes that kept popping up in A Mother’s Mind.

These are the bits I know I’ll carry with me into the next year—and I think you’ll find them helpful too.

    Here’s what you’ll learn:

Why kindness always wins and why how you speak to yourself matters just as much as what you say to those around you

What strategies you can use to take small steps when the big picture feels overwhelming

Why talking openly with the people in your life (even when it’s uncomfortable) makes your mental load more sustainable.

A simple but powerful way to notice the good and keep going, even when life feels full to the brim.

Why messing up and being vulnerable are part of growth and what happens when you stop making them “bad”.

This episode is your chance to pause and reflect on the year you’ve had, what’s worked for you, and what you’d like to bring into the next one.

It’s a simple way to make space for the lessons—without pressure or perfection.I’ll be back in 2025, ready to share more with you.

  • In this episode, I’m diving into how you can start to rewire those default thoughts that aren't serving you, the ones that are leaving you feeling drained or overwhelmed.

Our minds rely on familiar thought patterns, often taking the path of least resistance to conserve energy. But what if those thoughts aren’t serving you well?

I guide you through recognising these thoughts and help you start creating new, supportive ones that will serve you better.

  • In this episode, I’m diving into a question I hear from so many mums.

Who am I now that I’m a mum?

If you’ve ever found yourself wondering where your pre-motherhood self went, or feeling lost in this new version of you, trust me, you’re not alone.

This is a shift we all go through. The transition into motherhood impacts everything from our identity to our emotions and relationships.

I’ve been thinking a lot about this lately, and so I’m sharing some of the most impactful strategies that have helped me (and so many of the mums I work with) navigate this huge shift in identity.

In this episode, you will learn:

How you can reconnect with yourself after becoming a mum, and why it’s normal that your identity has changed. How to start creating space to check in with yourself, even if it’s just for 5 minutes each day. Your brain already knows a lot more than you think, you just need a bit of space to listen to what’s there. How to use self-awareness to understand what’s going on in your mind and figure out what you need right now.One of the most powerful strategies I use with my clients, even if you feel like you don’t have a spare second in your day.How to lean on your core values when you feel lost. Even though motherhood shifts your identity, your core values will always be there to ground you, no matter what stage of motherhood you’re in.

Motherhood changes you, but it’s not about returning to who you were before. It’s about figuring out who you are now and embracing that shift, even when it feels messy or confusing.

If this resonates with you, know that it’s ok. I’ve coached so many mums through this exact transition, and I’m right there with you in my own journey too.
