Do you ever feel trapped in your own life? The jam jar smashes, the bin bag splits, the baby is crying, there’s a food explosion in the microwave. ‘THIS IS THE MAIN EVENT.’ A phrase coined by today’s guest, Joshua Luke Smith, to help us intentionally engage with the moments of inconvenience, and resist the idea that life should be a constant high.
