I used to find it a little overwhelming, but over time, I’ve refined my process and today I’m sharing exactly how I approach skin prep on my talent and clients. The goal? Keep things simple. Over-complicating skin prep can mess with your makeup application, and shorten the longevity of your work. I’ll take you through my step-by-step process to help you assess your client’s skin, choose the right products, and make decisions based on their skin type, any skin conditions they have, and the environment you’re working in.
