I am someone that feeds off of other people around me… so if the atmosphere is negative I end up feeling negative and not very happy. But when the atmosphere is positive I find myself staying happy !

Celebrate the little things and the big things and try to take a minute and think about how far you have come from where you once were !

Look at your good days and just be thankful that you have them instead of worrying when they will end ! Training your brain to think positive and take in all those great things.

After you have went with your gut the feeling of making that decision is pretty awesome. It’s relieving and amazing !

Training your mind to find the positives in each day, to shift your way of thinking. Often times people ask “how was your day?” And if something didn’t work out or something went wrong we say the day was bad BUT the whole day wasn’t bad it was just that specific point or part of the day that really sucked and I try really hard to find positives in the little stuff even to try to train my brain to go straight to a positive thought rather than negative ❤️

In arguments and things sometimes it feels pointless to bring things up or to stick up for you and to not make a big deal out of something but if it’s important to you then it needs to acknowledged and changed so that you can be the best you ! ❤️

This is one of the archived episodes I started and then finished tonight while making dinner excuse the moving around and the noises but I was making food 😂 We need to normalize mental health days and calling in for that reason! ❤️❤️. No hate on anyone just what is in my mind and how I think ! ❤️

Go with your heart because it could be the best decisions for you and if not at least you tried ! And if it ends up being a good decision than even better ❤️ but once you make the choice feel the weight being lifted off of your shoulders!

Just need people to sometimes tell me that I’m going to be okay or it’s going to be okay and no matter what I’ll be supported ! Sometimes that’s all I need ! Especially when it comes to bigger decisions and things .

Today is about going with what you feel is the right decision for you and even if you have to admit you made a wrong somewhere, do it so you can feel so much better and be happy with your life ❤️❤️❤️

This one is about how lonely one can feel when struggling so much with mental illness, and it’s not so much of the part of actually being alone because you can have 10 people or however many you have and still feel alone because sometimes no one else will understand what you are truly going through!

Trying to train my brain or reactions to be less judgemental because my brain sometimes automatically thinks a certain thing but I’m trying to be more mindful and understanding… trying to take the time to sit back and consider everyone in certain situations!
