We check in this week on how things are going this summer and then dive into some of the work we are doing now to get ready for the upcoming deer season. Stand placements, safety issues, late season food plots, and managing access. This is a light hearted discussion that in many ways reflects just a bit of the excitement we have as we begin to shift our thoughts from habitat management to trigger management. August tends to shift our thoughts to the fall and we are eagerly awaiting what this fall might bring.
