Wormwood: ἀψίνθιον (ap’-sin-thos) - wormwood
the name of a star which fell into the waters and made them bitter
Wormwood: לַעֲנָה (lah-an-aw’) - wormwood, bitterness (metaph.)
The Greek apsinthos was also absinthium in Latin and is the source of the English word Absinthe, which refers to both the liquor and the herb wormwood. Artemisia absinthium, otherwise known as common wormwood, is a species of Artemisia native to North Africa and temperate regions of Eurasia, and widely naturalized in Canada and the northern United States. It is grown as an ornamental plant and is used as an ingredient in the spirit absinthe and some other alcoholic beverages.

However, Adam’s fall introduced sin into the human condition. Man was no longer equipped to subdue the enemy because of sin and death, but Christ was victorious over both! He will subdue all enemies under His feet shortly!

Christ sent His angel to testify to John the words of the book of the Revelation. John records the book sent from Christ’s angel, and the seven Spirits receive it. The seven angels that send it to the churches are the seven Spirits that received it. It would appear that the seven Spirits before the throne and the seven angels who stand before God are the same. Since the seven angels who stand before God in Revelation 8:2 are the seven angels who blow the seven trumpets, the seven Spirits of God are also the seven angels who blow the seven trumpets and pour out the seven vials.

Episode 208: The Heavens Declare - Interview with Dr. Jason Lisle

Bio:
Dr. Lisle is a Christian astrophysicist who researches issues pertaining to science and the Christian Faith. A popular speaker and author, Dr. Lisle presents a rational defense of a literal Genesis, showing how science confirms the history recorded in the Bible. Brought up in a Christian family, at a young age he received Christ as Lord. Since then Lisle has always desired to serve the Lord out of love and gratitude for salvation, and to spread the Gospel message to all people.
Dr. Lisle double-majored in physics and astronomy with a minor in mathematics at Ohio Wesleyan University. He then went on to obtain a Master’s degree and Ph.D. in astrophysics at the University of Colorado in Boulder. There, he used the SOHO spacecraft to analyze the surface of the sun, and made a number of interesting discoveries, including the detection of giant cell boundaries. Since then, Lisle has worked in full-time apologetics ministry. He wrote a number of planetarium shows for the Creation Museum, including the popular “Created Cosmos.” Dr. Lisle has authored a number of best-selling books on the topic of creation, including: Taking Back Astronomy, Stargazer’s Guide to the Night Sky, the Ultimate Proof of Creation, Discerning Truth, and Understanding Genesis.

Episode 206: The Phoenician Cartel Part 2
There are many theories on the roots of modern Jewry claiming they are genetically Khazarians or some other non-Semitic peoples. However, the genetic evidence overwhelmingly proves both Sephardic and Ashkenazi Jews are of Semitic origin mixed with Eastern European and Spanish blood. In 70 AD, Israel was defeated by Rome, and Jerusalem was destroyed. The remaining Israelites were scattered abroad, and God hid His face from them per prophetic revelation. The Israelites were essentially an agricultural and pastoral society, yet eventually a number of Jews over the centuries gained positions of power and control of media, banking, entertainment, and government. How is this possible with such a background? Let’s explore a new possibility: that Phoenician converts to Judaism might be some of today’s modern Jews.

Fasting combined with prayer is a powerful tool in the Christian faith, but we often overlook it as a prescription for many issues we face. Today, we welcome Duane Wieding to discuss the benefit of prayer and fasting in our walk with Christ.
Duane Wieding is a licensed Physical Therapy Specialist at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. He graduated with honors in 1986. Having more than 38 years of diverse experience, Duane is a physical therapist, a brother in Christ, and one of my oldest and closest friends. Summary: Recently, a celebrity named John Rich was on Tucker Carlson spreading what I believe is a myth about futurism, dispensationalism, and the premillennial rapture. Pastor Chuck Baldwin, once a candidate for US President, promotes this teaching. They both claim that doctrinal heresy was introduced by Cyrus Scofield and perpetuated by John Nelson Darby, which misleads evangelical churches today. They claim there is no rapture of the church and that dispensationalism is responsible for the devout evangelical support of Zionist Israel and that movement. Is this true? Let’s see what the Bible has to say about these things.

When men fail to rightly divide the word of truth, they will fail to see the distinction between the gospels. One is a national salvation program to Israel that was rejected. The other is a message to all men in a dispensation of grace. This will one day end and return to the preaching of the gospel of the kingdom.

There is a rapture of the church, whether we believe it or not. God will honor His word, and we will be changed in a moment. Are you ready?

There is more to the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah than meets the eye. We can try to limit God’s Word and interpret it as something more straightforward to comprehend, but to do so is to ignore the spiritual reality we face. The “inconvenient truth” is that man has a history of sexually interacting with fallen angels, reaching a breaking point, and God pouring out His wrath for violation of His command against it. “First of all, I am a born again, spirit filled Christian. Glory to God!
I was first born again at 18, then later I fell away. I have studied many religions and was even sucked into the new age movement for a while, but God brought me back into the fold like the prodigal son. I am so grateful!I have been abducted since as early as I can remember, and hundreds of times. I have experienced sleep paralysis, traveling through windows and walls, etc. When I call on the name of Jesus, the abductions stop. When I was not born again, or fallen away, the abductions continued.
I have lost at least three confirmed pregnancies to the alien entities. I have been visited by them, but as this is in LA’s 4th movie, I prefer not to speak about details until the movie is out there. I will speak about the seed war and the pregnancies being taken.
It is a very isolating life. It’s not a club you want to be in, and there really is no place for people to go to share, to learn how to stop it, or to just feel accepted.
I do not subscribe to the ancient alien theory. We were not seeded by “these elder races.” We are the creation of the one and only Yahweh. These are not benevolent space brothers, these are demonic entities.
I was part of a breeding program I was taken aboard ships and to underground facilities. I saw both humans and non-human entities during my abduction experiences (Greys, tall blondes, insect looking creatures and a lizardy one, for example)I have had a near death experience. I have had an angelic encounter. I have seen UAP/UFOs. I am Rh-negative O blood type and have green eyes. My family were Masons and I was inducted into the “Rainbow Girls” in my teens. There is a lot of suspicious family history – but that is a conversation for another day.
I have suffered emotional and physical ailments and have had surgeries due to the things these evil entities did to me. A hysterectomy, removal of tumors, and eight spinal reconstruction surgeries, to name a few.
I have been asked, how can I have so much faith in God after all that, and my answer is this… My suffering is nothing compared to the sacrifice and suffering of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He saves me every second of every day, and I intend to utilize my experiences to glorify God, to share the truth, and to help others in any way I can.”

We believe these abductions are real, and we include Karin’s testimony as evidence of her credibility. Karin has a sincere desire to expose what the adversary is doing to deceive humanity. A great deception is coming, and we continue to gain understanding as to how the Serpent plans to bring this about thanks to the experiences of Karin and many others. What led you to write Hell: God’s Prison? Your book paints the terrifying picture of the process an unrighteous soul goes through as the descend to hell. Let’s start with hell’s location; hell is beneath us, correct? You present the Scriptures that describe hell as having bars and gates. This is indicative of a literal prison? You describe hell as being in the center of the earth. Explain that for us, and how does this fit with the idea that some believe the earth is flat? The gates of hell are called its mouth. Is this the actual entrance into the prison? Explain for our listeners the different compartments in hell. Is the great gulf fixed between Abraham and Lazarus the abyss or bottomless pit? You explain in the book that hell also houses angels in chains. Are these not the same entities in the bottomless pit? How do we know the bottomless pit housed the furnace that heats hell? Let’s discuss the different occupants, past and present, of hell. There are more than just wicked men there, correct? You discuss the soul having its eyes closed until death. Share what you learned about the makeup of the soul. What is the east wind and why is it so terrifying? Many believers find it difficult to understand that Jesus Christ literally descended into hell. Help us understand why this was necessary? You write, as many believe, that when Christ ascended up to the Father, He led captivity captive and emptied Abraham’s Bosom. How do we reconcile this idea with Acts 2:34-35? 13. Your take on the worm is one I never considered before. Explain why this worm is the soul and not some hellish creature that feeds on a soul in hell?Take us through the journey of the lost soul from the moment they die.

Takeaway:
Hell is a horrible prison for the unsaved and wicked. It is a place no one should want to go and a fate that can be avoided by trusting Christ as Lord and Savior. As bad as hell is, it is not the end for the unrighteous. There will come a day when they are judged and cast into the lake of fire, which is worse than hell! People who end up in this judgment do so because of unbelief.

Takeaway:
Dragons are very much real in Scripture and not at all what mythology presents them to be, although there are hints of truth in the legends. Dragons were considered magical creatures and often depicted as winged serpents. In reality, this likely is a distortion of the actual reptilian beings, Seraphim, who, along with Satan, comprise the serpent brotherhood that is at war with humanity and the Lord. Here be dragons, indeed! They will soon be here, cast down and confined to the earth. And woe unto those who will inhabit the earth in that time!

Creatures may appear “blurry” in photographs, but the Bible is clear that there are I I don’t see America as being on the side of God’s Israel of the Lord Jesus Christ in the future. I see Satan at work deceiving this nation just like all the others. I repeat that there is no political solution to what is coming. Our only hope is in Christ, who is not calling out a nation but calling all men to salvation. There is little time left. Believe and be saved today!
