I am back with Teddy! In our first episode we barely touched the surface of shadow work and I am grateful that we are back again with part 2 of our conversation which goes a little bit deeper in shadow work, specifically what it entails in the masculine energy. I can't wait to hear your thoughts and questions if any.
Teddy Fikre is here on the show so get ready for another *epic* conversation! Teddy and I talk about the masculine wound as he shares about his own personal experiences on freeing himself from loops, old patterns, and recognizing trauma responses. We tap into inner child issues, having difficult conversations, and building your self-trust, and how all of this allows your experience of life to feel lighter and free.
Teddy is highly accomplished IT project manager and a business consultant with an MBA from Johns Hopkins University, Teddy learned first hand of the severe hardships faced by the vast majority of Americans by witnessing his own parents struggle to provide for their children, experiencing his own hardships trying to climb the corporate ladder only to end up enduring two and a half years of homelessness.
After climbing out of poverty, Teddy is determined to speak for the voiceless and stand up for the marginalized and disenfranchised poor, working and middle-class by becoming the lone Representative in DC who is not bought and paid for by the corporate class and the global oligarchy. Teddy’s aim is to move America beyond division and antipathy and towards love and unity so we can defend our common interests and champion empathy above and acrimony. Sometimes we allow our unconscious mind to sabotage our relationships or dating life. We are made to face our shadows when we come across those who reflect our inner self. That is why I say relationships are our biggest spiritual teachers. In this episode, I talk about some of the beliefs and mindsets that keep us in a pattern of attracting draining relationships or completely prevent us from manifesting health loving relationships.

You are a Master Creator. Really... you are. It does not matter whether you believe it or not, whether you know it or not, or even whether you just don't care, the truth is, you are constantly and always creating. You are creating when you cook, when you breath, when you speak, when you think... always.
Now, the question is, where are you creating from? Are you creating from love or fear. Creating from your soul or from rules and laws designed for you by others. Where are you creating from.

Sit with your feelings and allow your level of emotional literacy to rise. Expand your self-awareness as you choose to take responsibility for aspects of your life, and remain accountable. Let go of doubts, resistance and things which no longer serve a purpose in your life and are draining you of your power.
Learning to allow my pain to be my friend was one of the biggest spiritual lessons I have learned. In this video I share with you how to regain your power back through self awareness and processing your pain. Can't wait to hear your thoughts and words of wisdom.

There are many things we are told not to talk about as women. Our moon cycle, our period, and our intuitive nature are a few of them and in this episode, we are going to talk about them anyway.
Deslee, aka The Womb Witch, helps Menstruators solve their period and fertility problems by teaching them how to use the tools of Plant Medicines, Energetics and Ritual and guiding them in remembering how to embody their Womb Space as a seat of power.
She on a mission to remind people they are a Force of Nature in their Cyclical Bodies; and that by anchoring themselves into their Sovereign Womb Space, they can connect to their intuition to heal themselves.

Welcome to Season Two! Our podcast has a brand new name - Breath Again! If the last year and a half thought us one thing, it is to be grateful, especially our breath! To revisit life, to let go of what no longer served us or our planet and to breath again.
On the first episode of season two, Adey goes over the importance of sisterhood. She starts with explaining the what the divine feminine energy is, how we as women possess that energy and why she took over half the year off to herself to connect with her inner divine femininity. She also breaks down how the way you see the world makes up how you will function. She gives a breakdown of how your family (which includes culture), gender and spiritual personality (destiny) shape how you live out this reincarnation or life. All of these factors are important to know when leading with the divine feminine energy.

Life is full of struggle. We’re destined to face pain and have everything blow up in our face. We all suffer from sickness, heartbreak, death, failure and disappointment. I’ve thought about quitting so many times. That was until I realized how I got where I am today. The only reason I’m still here, and breathing, is because I decided not to quit. What I’ve learned is that those who succeed accept this fact and make a decision to push through it.
Quitting is the most painful form of suffering. Most of all, quitting on yourself is something you will never forgive yourself for. I know life is hard, but that doesn’t mean you can’t find an empowering way to break through all of the struggles. My intention for this episode is to remind you that you are not alone in this struggle and give you few tools to empower you.

Light does not mean positive and dark does not mean negative, they simply represent opposites, or polarities. When we learn to harmonize between these polarities of both light and dark, we become “conscious” bringing more awareness to how we use our minds, to our behaviors and actions in the world and how our actions affect everything in the beautiful, intricate web of the world.

Setting boundaries requires us to step out of of our established ways of relating to people and take what feels like bold action. If you struggled or are still struggling with people-pleasing habits like I did, you understand the importance of consistently reminding yourself the need for for courageously stepping into the discomfort of asserting what you need and what you will not tolerate.
In this podcast episode I share with you the phrases that helped me say no to things that did not serve me. So much of boundary setting, stepping into your authenticity and your worth is being consistent and predictable with stating your needs. Saying the phrases you came up with that clearly inform others that they are crossing boundaries over and over again and then backing them up with resolute action if they're not being respected. It is about quieting the inner voice that says "Am I being too much?", "Is this okay?" and your listening to your needs and wants.
What are the phrases you came up with to help you reduce your people-pleasing habits and setting your boundaries? I would love to hear them!

Give me a "YES" if you believe that emotional states can be created consciously! For most of my life I did not know that I can choose and guide my emotional state. The recipe for having a healthy emotional state was not handed to me, I learned it while doing my SOUL WORK! I learned to pay attention to makes me happy vs. what makes me unhappy on a consistent basis. I thought myself to do more of what makes me happy and avoid or eliminate of what does not make me happy.
In this podcast, I share with you the different ways that you can build your emotional resilience, especially in this turbulent and transitional time in our world.

Give me a "YES" if you believe that your body is a temple of the divine, who is in you, whom you have received from the creator of the universe! We humans have done so many things that are either good or bad for the body. There are those whose diets and lifestyles cultivate things detrimental to the well-being of their and their are those who intentionally make it a point to honor, develop, strengthen and love their physique.
Join me today in this magical conversation with Meron (Curveyhabesa), who is not afraid to break through the society's measure of what our body "should" look like by the amount of abs, flabs, biceps and triceps that we have. She goes deep into sharing with us how she celebrates herself by respectfully loving and honoring her body as the magical temple it really is.
She say's “I want to be the inspiration I needed in my youth.”Celebrating body positivity, self-love and fierce fashion, Meron founded Curvyhabesha to inspire women to live their best life, embrace their bodies and go forth into the world unapologetically, with confidence and style! She is strong believer that style and fashion come from within and that women absolutely do not need to spend a ton of money to look fabulous, Curvyhabesha introduces new brands and inspires fellow fashionistas to step outside of their comfort zones by embracing new styles and trends.Meron’s guiding principle is the idea that falling in love with ourselves is a daily journey that begins with surrounding ourselves and filling our spaces and feeds with people who resemble us and who inspire our journey.Beyond her passion for fashion,Curvyhabesha is a devoted friend, beach-lover and mom of three beautiful kids while also balancing a full-time career in Human Resources.
