Mental Health is so so important. I do realize that during this episode I kinda contradict myself but there is clarity towards the end! Again still trying to get the hang of this all lol. I hope you all hear and see just how important you are and how much you need you! I hope you all enjoy! I’d also love to hear some feedback and hear some of the things you do for yourself in the name of self healing and care!
