This week on Can’t Hang, I hang with Keisha Greaves, an entrepreneur from the Boston area who was diagnosed in her 20s with Limb Girdle Muscular Dystrophy.
Keisha and I chat about the verbiage around disability, the ways her life and mindset have changed, and her new line of adaptive swimwear coming this spring. I loved hanging with Keisha because she has so much valuable information to share and she is so gracious in the way she educates others, specifically able-bodied people about things they may not realize. -

This week on Can’t Hang, I hang with Ali Kriegsman, female entrepreneur from New York City, who runs the online marketplace, Bulletin. Ali got her start in entrepreneurship at the young age of 24 and has only grown from there, being on the Forbes 30 under 30 list and growing her tech startup with funding from Silicon Valley. Ali’s first book, How to Build a Goddamn Empire comes out in April. -

Brandi originated her beauty brand while living in a shelter in BC and it has grown from there. We speak about domestic violence, getting her start and the still-taboo cannabis industry. -
This week on Can’t Hang, I hang with Jared Lipscomb, a makeup artist in the Los Angeles area who has honed his skills and worked with incredible people such as stars from the Bravo network and more! Jared is also in remission from his battle with cancer and speaks about his role as an ambassador for Be the Match. Though he claims he isn’t a positive person, I would beg to differ - Jared was such a joy to hang with and such a kind soul.

This week on Can’t Hang, I hang with Emily O’Brien, a former convict who has taken her creativity and entrepreneurial nature and shifted it towards her social enterprise, Comeback Snacks. We speak about how she landed in prison in 2018, the power of family in tough situations and how she is using her company to help those in need of a second chance. With such an incredible story, it was such a treat to speak with Emily and hear about all the good she is doing.

After working in many different fields and travelling a lot for work, Kristi discovered a way in which she could streamline women’s clothing to make it more efficient and stylish, especially for those who are travelling. She then began her company, but I will let her tell the rest of the story.

This week on Can’t Hang, I speak to Pattie Lovett-Reid, the Chief Financial Commentator for CTV News. We speak about setting financial goals for the new year, the importance of credit ratings and she challenges me to ask more questions in financial situations. You will notice in this episode, we do not get around to the rapid fire question round at the end. Due to the nature of Pattie’s work, she was called to be on air and thus we wrapped up quickly.
