Discussions have been ongoing between Cricket West Indies and CPL over the creation of a new Caribbean T20 league that serves as a 'feeder' for the CPL.
CPL as we have previously discussed is in danger of not regenerating it's talent pool due to stockpiling at the top end.

With the Jamaica Tallawahs gone from the Caribbean Premier League - is there an issue with the identity of some of the remaining teams?

If you've been paying attention you will know that a brand new T10 tournament took place in the Caribbean in August.
However this one was different in that it focued on the associate nations in the region that dont commonly fall under the Cricket West Indies banner.
Max60 started off in the Cayman Islands but that is just the beginning for a tournament that wants to help grow the game in the region.
