Movie Summary - Businessman Oskar Schindler (Liam Neeson) arrives in Krakow in 1939, ready to make his fortune from World War II, which has just started. After joining the Nazi party primarily for political expediency, he staffs his factory with Jewish workers for similarly pragmatic reasons. When the SS begins exterminating Jews in the Krakow ghetto, Schindler arranges to have his workers protected to keep his factory in operation, but soon realizes that in so doing, he is also saving innocent lives.

Movie Summary - Will Hunting (Matt Damon) has a genius-level IQ but chooses to work as a janitor at MIT. When he solves a difficult graduate-level math problem, his talents are discovered by Professor Gerald Lambeau (Stellan Skarsgard), who decides to help the misguided youth reach his potential. When Will is arrested for attacking a police officer, Professor Lambeau makes a deal to get leniency for him if he will get treatment from therapist Sean Maguire (Robin Williams).

Movie Summary - After shock jock Jack Lucas (Jeff Bridges) inadvertently provokes a caller into murdering a group of innocent people in a Manhattan bar, he grows depressed and turns to booze. As he's about to hit rock bottom, Lucas meets a homeless man named Parry (Robin Williams), whose wife was killed by the caller Lucas pushed to the brink. Mentally scarred by his loss, Parry spends his days searching for the Holy Grail. Lucas, feeling culpable for the poor man's plight, pledges to help him in his quest.

This week we went back to the 90s and watched Beauty and The Beast: The Enchanted Christmas! This 1997 Disney movie brings us back to our childhood and we can't wait for you to listen in! Enjoy the episode!
Movie Summary - In this Disney animated sequel, the lovely Belle (Paige O'Hara) and her monstrous beau, Beast (Robby Benson), are in the midst of the holiday season. While Belle has no problem getting into the Christmas spirit, Beast isn't so easily swayed into a celebratory mood. Meanwhile, the castle's pipe organ, Forte (Tim Curry), becomes opposed to Belle's presence, as well as to her holiday decorating, and schemes to put an end to both her relationship with Beast and any Christmas festivities to boot.

Movie Summary - Upper-crust executive Louis Winthorpe III (Dan Aykroyd) and down-and-out hustler Billy Ray Valentine (Eddie Murphy) are the subjects of a bet by successful brokers Mortimer (Don Ameche) and Randolph Duke (Ralph Bellamy). An employee of the Dukes, Winthorpe is framed by the brothers for a crime he didn't commit, with the siblings then installing the street-smart Valentine in his position. When Winthorpe and Valentine uncover the scheme, they set out to turn the tables on the Dukes.

With the use of Rufus' time machine, Bill and Ted travel to various points in history, returning with important figures to help them complete their final history presentation.

This week for our Halloween roundup we watched the 1963 movie Directed by Robert Wise, The Haunting. This thriller gets us questioning what is real and what is not. We also def won't be buying any old mansions in the near future! Enjoy this week's episode!
Movie Summary - Dr. John Markway, an anthropologist with an interest in psychic phenomena, takes two specially selected women to Hill House, a reportedly haunted mansion. Eleanor (Julie Harris), a lonely, eccentric woman with a supernatural event in her past, and the bold Theodora (Claire Bloom), who has ESP, join John and the mansion's heir, cynical Luke (Russ Tamblyn). They are immediately overwhelmed by strange sounds and events, and Eleanor comes to believe the house is alive and speaking directly to her.

What a glorious morning! It makes us sick! This week is obviously Hocus Pocus themed and we can't be happier! The 1993 movie Directed by Kenny Ortega is a Disney staple and with the sequel that just came out we thought it fitting to have a marathon of both movies! So enjoy this weeks episode!
Movie Summary Hocus Pocus - After moving to Salem, Mass., teenager Max Dennison (Omri Katz) explores an abandoned house with his sister Dani (Thora Birch) and their new friend, Allison (Vinessa Shaw). After dismissing a story Allison tells as superstitious, Max accidentally frees a coven of evil witches (Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, Kathy Najimy) who used to live in the house. Now, with the help of a magical cat, the kids must steal the witches' book of spells to stop them from becoming immortal.
Movie Summary Hocus Pocus 2 - Three young women accidentally bring back the Sanderson Sisters to modern day Salem and must figure out how to stop the child-hungry witches from wreaking havoc on the world.

Hello hello! This week we watched two spooky movies to start off our Halloween month and we can't wait for you to listen! First we watched the 1932 movie Directed by Tod Browning Freaks. This movie really showed us what it means to mess with "Freaks." The second was a Walt Disney Classic Trick or Treat from 1952 Directed by Jack Hannah. We defianity were spooked by this one! So enjoy this weeks episode!
Movie summary Freaks - When trapeze artist Cleopatra (Olga Baclanova) learns that circus midget Hans (Harry Earles) has an inheritance, she marries the lovesick, diminutive performer, all the while planning to steal his fortune and run off with her lover, strong man Hercules (Henry Victor). When Hans' friends and fellow performers discover what is going on, they band together and carry out a brutal revenge that leaves Hercules and Cleopatra knowing what it truly means to be a "freak."
Movie summary Trick or Treat - The cartoon, which takes place on Halloween night, follows a series of pranks between Donald Duck and his nephews with Witch Hazel.

Guess who's back?!?! We had an amazing summer break and are ready to jump into the podcasting game again! We want to thank all or listeners and followers you guys are great and we are so happy to be doing this.
This month's theme is "Back To School" and since Shantelle and Alesya have literally both gone back to school this theme fits into our lives pretty well!
