A true student of the game, Sha talks about his own journey from coaching small group sessions and high school for 14 hours a day to eventually getting an opportunity in college soccer and then betting on himself in Israel and getting a salary at Maccabi Tel Aviv, one of the powerhouses of Israeli football.
