The first week we talked about why this report and research was necessary and then in part two we get into the nitty gritty and talk about how Isolation and Loneliness affects our health.
This week in part three we talk about the six pillars of how to advance social connection. I strived to give you tangible ways to be more social for yourself, but also for your community.

It is eye opening to see how much social isolation affects us all. It affects everything from our physical health, mental health, and the health of our communities.
In Part 1 we go over what the report set out to find, some of the research and ways to rethink our relationships and identify if we are isolated and lonely. In the following parts we'll talk about the heath effects of loneliness and how to advance social connection.
